Bouře v Ardenách

Rate this book

A taughtly crafted masterpiece about a German Major on the Western front who, late in 1944 attempts the unthinkable -- secretly opening a dialogue with his American counterpart across the thinly held line to negotiate the surrender of his Wehrmacht battalion. This is simply the best WWII book I've ever read.
