This course introduces you to some of the most valuable "Practices" I have learnt and still follow in all my projects. I am sure these practices will also help you to deliver your project with excellence. These practices have been created to be adopted in multiple scenarios, including Agile, Traditional and Hybrid projects. I have tried to cover the concepts of executing Agile and traditional projects and then taken a simple example to elaborate all the practices as a part of this course. Change is a continuous process. There is no straight path for project execution. As a project manager you are the steering wheel of the project. You need to keep on addressing issues, challenges and impediments through out the life of the project. Sometimes you need to accommodate changes in the scope, extended timelines, hike in cost of the resources deployed or addressing project contractual deliveries in crisis situations. These are some of the examples that may occur during the execution of the project. I have also tried to discuss in detail about practices that will address such situations. By using these practices, you are assured to bring the greatest impact – on quality, schedule, project financial and on customer satisfaction.
