Mason

She was the most stubborn, most annoying woman I ever met. But damn, she was also the sexiest. I moved to a new town, planning to start my life over. And the first thing the town threw on me was… her. How on earth was I supposed to say no?

Jordan

Being a female firefighter was not easy. But one thing was certain—I had to get people to listen to me. But what happens when a huge, muscular guy comes through the door and refuses to listen to me? Worse, he was the most handsome man I’d ever seen. And what started as a mere training session grew into something much hotter.

I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book.

Mason is starting a new chapter of his life after leaving the military, and is about to embark on his training to become a firefighter but when he finds the person who will be showing him the ropes he is shocked by the woman in front of him and how he instantly knows he was destined to find her. Can he hide his feelings?

Jordan wanted to be a firefighter for as long as she can remember but when her parents expressed their concerns she decided that she would work towards training the new recruits. So when she meets Mason who is obviously expecting a man she knows that she is going to have her work cut out for her especially with the feelings he is bringing out in her. Could this be her chance at happiness?

This is the last book in this highly enjoyable series, each book is a standalone and can be enjoyed individually. Great quick read that can be read in a spare hour. 3.8* Read

Cinderella, are you back from the palace yet?

MASON is the fifth book in the Curves On Fire series and is the story of Mason and Jordan. Mason has left the military and suffers from PTSD. So he decides to move to the small town of Aston and has been hired by the fire department. On his first day he is told to go into the training room and Jordan will be with him shortly. When a woman walks into the room he perks up as her curves and beauty. But he is also antsy and asks when Jordan will be there. What he does not realize until a few minutes in is that Jordan has already walked into the room.
Jordan joined the fire department even though her parents did not want her to. The only way she could do it was to promise that she would not actually fight any fires. So instead she became the training officer. When she walks into the training room to meet the newest recruit she is not sure what to make of the large man before her, especially when he is somewhat rude. But when he finds out that she is Jordan he is not going to make this easy on either of them.
So I thought this was an okay story but it felt like I was missing large chunks of it. Neither character were properly developed, even for a short story, and Jordan was like a sketch with no color. The ending was rushed and there were where several proofreading errors that were easily spotted.

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the fifth book in the Curves on Fire series. Mason is a former soldier and has recently been hired at the firehouse. Mason needs to go through some training and was supposed to meet Jordan. Jordan is actually a woman and when Mason meets her, they don't get along. Mason wants Jordan and he fighting his attraction to her, and acting like a jerk. Jordan hates that she is attracted to Mason and when he makes a move on her, she has no intention of saying no. I liked this story. Mason was a bit of a jerk at first, but he was really fighting his feelings. I think they had amazing chemistry and it had to explode. This was the final book of this series. I will be sorry it's over. Good one.

Mason is new in town and he has just been hired on at the fire station. He first day on the job he is to start his training and is taken by surprise when he realizes that Jordan the only woman on the squad is the one who will be training him. He knows how to push her buttons and loves doing just that but Jordan is stubborn and strong willed and she’s not taking no crap off Mason. Mason is all alpha and he’s had enough of the cat and mouse games and when he wants something he goes after it!
This might I have been my favorite of the series. I loved the banter between Jordan and Mason and the chemistry was hot! Sweet story and loved the ending! I am voluntarily leaving my honest review for the arc copy of this book I received all thoughts are fully my own.

First things first; I like the cover of this book!
Mason is the fifth book in the ‘’curves on fire’’ series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Having just left the military, Mason has decided to become a fire fighter. When he meets his new trainer, he instantly wants her but will he get his girl?
The chemistry between Jordan and Mason is clear to see and I liked them together.
I really liked the ending of this story.

holy smokes I absolutely fell in love with Mason and was jealous of Jordan. Mason left the service and now finding a place to stay and is trying to get on at the fire station and when he is waiting for training
He gets a shock that a woman is in charge of it but he finds himself attracted to Jordan but can he keep his feelings in check? This book was absolutely fantastic and must read

DNF so no rating. Yes the blurb says he refuses to do what the FMC, his training instructor says. BUT it didn’t say she liked it!!! “His refusals were charming, magnetic, and annoying. At once I felt like slapping and hugging him.” No, just no.

3 GOOD Star Kindle Unlimited Read

"I was damn tired of hiding the attracting burning a path through me. This woman was mine from the moment I set my eyes on her. And she wanted me too. I could see it in her eyes, in the shortness of her breath whenever she was with me, and that shy way she stroked her hair whenever I commented on it."

He was a hard a** ex-marine. She is a female trainer. How sparks will fly.
