I read this book on a recommendation from a family member, and was blown away. This book looks at a person's overall well-being from various perspectives, providing action steps that are realistic, tangible, and helpful. I love that the author suggests building these habits into your daily routine a week at a time, instead of calling for unrealistic, immediate transformations as many other "self help" books seems to do. The author mentioned that "Time is our most precious, nonrenewable commodity" and this book lays out recommendations for healthy habits and challenges that have allowed me to start building routines to more fully engage in each day. This book is definitely a must-read!

This is not just a book to read and put its away, it’s book that need to always kept open . It’s May be use as reference book that advise you of many great lifestyles pointers that you need to read over or write down the different methods that is recommended. It’s book with inspiration of instrumental instructions of leading a more spiritual and filling life. If you need to get better in style of living must read and absorb the philosophy of a better understanding of going about your life!!!!

Good book but was put off on the first page when it told me the first thing I should be thankful for is God. I'm glad this may be your truth, but it isn't for everyone. This could've been more deftly handled to promote spiritual improvement for both belivers and non-believers.

Clear, concise and to the point: what and how to do cross several dimensions of life. A quick guide to get the reader started on whatever overhaul may be desired. Note that "limit TV/screen time" is in every focus area.

Title says it all. This is an easy and enjoyable book that gives some simple insights and suggestions that can have powerful results. I powered through it and hope to use some of the ideas.

I felt like some of the steps repeated themselves. Overall, though, I found the book to be the push I need and the refinement of things I’m already doing. Thank you!
