My birth started a war that my daughter's birth will end... Does that even make sense to you?
There is no such thing as a 'normal day' at the Silver Springs Orphanage. In fact, most days are utter chaos between the Creepy Twins giving away all of Lupine's secrets and Edmond constantly running away.
But when Lupine's wolf mafia mates decide to throw her a baby shower she'll never forget, the normally well-managed chaos suddenly erupts and disaster strikes.
The spell protecting Lupine and her unborn pup suddenly stops working and all hell lets loose when the Rossi mafia come looking for her in the small town of Silver Springs.
Lupine: Wanted by Wolves is the sequel to Lupine (Book 3 in the Spell Library Series) and is a paranormal reverse harem romance within the Silver Springs shared universe.
Hanleigh is a USA Today Bestselling Author and is about as English as it's possible to be, without actually being English.
She first fell in love with books as a child reading Dr Seuss, but moved onto romance when she first read Pride and Prejudice at the age of twelve. She wishes she could live inside the world inside her mind, but since that isn't possible she puts pen to paper and shares that world with her readers instead.
If you've been following me for a while already, you know that during the last couple of months Silver Springs has been my constant company. I'm quite sad that the series is over already and that we have to wait for the next season now, but luckily Bradley decided to write a sequel. Well, actually she kind of had to, because the story was far from finished and there were so many loose ends left! I'm glad she promised to give us all the answers we need.
And that's exactly what she does in this book! The plot is so much fun and so many things happened that I really didn't see coming! It was a really enjoyable ride from start to finish. I have to admit that personally I would have loved to get to know the guys on a little more personal level, however, the way Lupine interacts with them already says a lot about who they are and what they are. The way they are with the children maybe says even more.
Because for me the children are the true stars of this book! I love how all those kids have all those amazing and original gifts without them being properly trained and in full control of them. It leads to so many awesome situations. Most of them are quite funny, even though not all characters involved will always agree with that, some of them are quite dangerous or exciting. However, all the kids show that they are far from weak and have their own role to play in Lupine's life.
And in everything this book has that typical Silver Springs feel. Although there are exciting, scary and interesting moments, loads of them, it's still a light hearted read that made me feel quite warm and happy. I secretly hope that there are more authors coming with some surprise sequels or spin offs. Since the world is not in a much better place than months ago, I still desperately need them!
Well this book didn’t turn how I expected at all . That house is a crazy mess full of chaos and love. I think it’s Hilarious that the pig 💩 in his expensive shoes 😂😂😂😂 . I need more of these characters.
This is a sequel to Lupine and things are crazier in the world of Lupine. Now happily mated, her secrets has come out at the wrong time and sends Lupine spinning out of control. I adore Lupine and her men as I always have a soft spot for werewolves so I was expected the orphanage to be busy and they didn't disappoint. The Creepy twins are in full force in this novel and set the plot up well which doesn't help poor Lupine as she feels she been rail roaded into reavealing her secret and everyone gets involved. The Creepy twins aren't the only children who are the busy. There is the usual commotions involving a certain fox shifter and other children provided plenty of entertainment as Lupine tries to navigate her life being wanted by many. Especially her Mafia wolves
The Mafia boys didn't disappoint in this sequel. If you thought that everything will be easily figured out, well Bradley lets the guys have some fun in this book as well. As children don't need to have all the fun and until the dying moments, the gang is up to the eye balls in typical Silver Springs fashion. It's the perfect sequel for the gang with all the flair that this town is known for . The sequel to Lupine didn't disappoint and is the perfect follow up to this gang.
I love Lupine and this story is so much fun. Lupine finds out she's pregnant and the reaction she gets isn't even close to what she was hoping for. The antics from the kids at the orphanage will leave you laughing out loud. We finally find out more about the what is up between the two families and why Rossi is after Lupine.
Lupine and her mates are trying to adjust to their new lives not only with each other but with the kids at the orphanage as well when life throws them another curveball. Lupine is expecting which creates a whole new set of complications as secrets must now be shared and her mates prove that nothing and no one will come between them, her and their child.
Humor, heat, a few surprises you don’t see coming and a great cast of secondary characters that will keep you entertained until the last page.
Lupine: Wanted by Wolves (Spell Library Book 14) by Hanleigh Bradley is an awesome story that I have read. This is book number fourteen in this awesome series and I can not wait to read the rest of this series. I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves reading about wolf shifters and paranormal romances.
I read a complimentary Advanced Reader Copy of this book & am voluntarily leaving an honest and unbiased review.
OMG I loved this! It’s a continuation of Lupines story in silver springs and like that book it grabbed me hook, line and sinker! We learn about the prophecy and more about her mates and the kids from the orphanage! It’s a fast paced read with twists and turns , it’s fun and exciting and intriguing and had me laughing out loud soon several occasions! This is a great conclusion!
* Lupine: Wanted by Wolves is the sequel to Lupine, the third book in Spell Library, A Silver Springs Multi-Author Series of Standalone Reverse Harem books. * Set in the paranormal small town of Silver Springs, it brings together pretty much all of Hanleigh's favourite sub-genres of romance... Paranormal... Reverse Harem... RomCom... and even a little Romantic Suspense.
This is the second book for Lupine, could be read as a standalone but would make more sense to read book 1 first. Lupine is back and I think book 2 is better than the first. Now happily settled with her four mates, Lupine finds out she is pregnant but unsure how everyone will take the news. This story is full of chaos, fighting, mischievous children, mates, magic, rival mafia wolves and the biggest twist.
I just love these characters. Lupine is pregnant and her mates aren’t all that happy to begin with. As it progresses you find out that Lupine has another mate.and who it is shocks everyone! You also get to meet baby Luna. Love this series.
Lupine: Wanted by Wolves is the second installment of Hanleigh Bradley's Lupine in the Silver Springs Series. The book seems to pick up shortly after the first one. Lupine discovers that she is pregnant, but doesn't know how to tell her mates about it. However, when she finally decides to tell them, the moment is ruined by the creepy twins and the mates don't seem too excited by the concept.
Lupine feels hurt and angry by their response to the news. This puts a strain on their relationship because it is discovered that it is not that the guys aren't happy about the arrival of the baby, however, it means that the prophecy seems to be coming true, much to their chagrin.
The baby is supposed to bring the two mafia families, the Cortesse's and the Rossi's together. However, Rossi wants her dead! In addition, Lupine's nightmares of Rossi coming to kill her baby is sending her emotions into overdrive.
She goes to Evanora, (the witch who cast the spell to keep Lupine hidden from Rossi) tells her that Lupine will make the right choice. Once Lupine leaves she seems more confused as to how to deal with everything that is going on.
Eventually, the guys come around but they are in full protection mode over her because of the impending danger. So they throw her a baby shower much to her dismay. On the day of the baby shower, Ariella (one of the creepy twins) warns that something bad is going to happen at the shower. After first no one takes the child seriously, however as the time gets closer to the attack, everyone is on edge.
Rossi's men attack the orphanage and a big fight ensues amongst both groups. In the fray, Ariella gets kidnapped. Lupine blames herself for the kidnapping and tells the guys that she is going to get the child back. Juniper and Castalia perform a locator spell and the group goes off to confront Rossi.
Rossi takes up at the Cortesse's gym, where he is holding Ariella hostage. Lupine rescues Ariella, but not before facing off against Rossi. Almost instantly, there is an attraction to the Italian wolf. He admits that he wants to kill her, even though he is in love with her.
Rossi doesn't want to love her, Lupine is confused. They kiss much to the shock and hurt of her mates. This marks their mating bond. He tells her to leave because he doesn't want to be with her regardless of whatever the prophecy says.
Feeling dejected Lupine leaves not sure how she feels about Rossi. She knows that she shouldn't be so drawn to him because he is dangerous, but there is something about him that she wants. Lupine wants him to be her mate.
Lupine makes the choice to have him as her mate, despite the reservations from the other four. She goes off to see him and sparks fly between the two. She decides that see wants Rossi as her mate despite everything he had done the day before.
He accepts...his and her only hope is that the other four, are as accepting. Fingers crossed.
What I liked about this book that Bradley was able to show Lupine taking charge. She is a princess and sometimes being a princess, there are difficult decisions you have to make. It wasn't an easy choice bringing Rossi into the fold, since he had tried to kill her in the first place. The other four who are sworn to protect Lupine, have no choice but to abide by what she says. So if her heart tells her that Dario is who she wants to be with then she should be able to have him.
In addition, I liked how she was showcased just how powerful Lupine could be. Lupine kills one of Rossi's men in shifter form...the first book talked about how Lupine didn't want to be taken lightly and finally, she gets to show it here in Wanted.
I can't wait to see what happens next in the third book!
Lupine: Wanted by Wolves by Hanleigh Bradley is the awesome sequel to Lupine. I absolutely fell in love with the chaos that the orphanage threw into the mix in the first installment and it certainly continues in this one, but outside influences, a pregnancy and of course a pesky, angry Mafia family that comes calling to Silver Springs. Lupine is settling in well with her very over-protective mates and those kids... well I almost love reading about them more than the main characters!!! I honestly hope that they eventually grow-up and get their own books!!! I seriously don't want to give too much away, but there are some twists and of course there are answers to ongoing questions, so this is a must read for this series!
Finally the wait is over!! So if you read Lupine you know it ended with a cliffhanger and now we get the conclusion. So we know that Lupine is prego and that there is a prophecy about her baby. Lupine is trying to figure out how to tell the guys but that is taken away from her. Which in a way was funny. Keep in mind that she is still being hunted by Rossi. How will the guys take the news? You really need to pay attention with this one. I was really intrigued how this prophecy was going to play out. Let me say I did not expect what happened. There were a few twists that threw me off so watch out for that. So I was definitely in this book and felt the sadness that Lupine went through. You can also understand the turmoil she is going through as well. Overall this book was perfect.
I was so excited that the author decided to make a sequel to Lupine story. Let me tell you that this was a fantastic addition. I felt like I had so many unanswered questions in the first book and I needed more, especially about Rossi. Boy was I in for a rude awakening, I wasn't expecting the turn of events that occurred I didn't see that coming at all. Overall a enjoyable and entertaining read. As always my review are voluntarily no monetary compensation was received and the opinions I have expressed are my own.
I love that Lupine got to tell more of her story. We learn more about the prophecy and what it means. Her four mates are truly devoted to her and the kids at the orphanage. Lupine has so much love to give and it is beautiful on how she takes care of all the kids. Now if the prophecy wasn’t hanging over her head. The story has been plenty of the hotness you have come to expect but there is also plenty of danger too. The kids are so awesome and how they handle their abilities. The “creepy twins” are one of my favorites.
This story starts were the last book of lupine finishes and all I can say Is i was not disappointed. From the moment I started to read I was hooked and couldn't put it down. Hanleigh Bradley has a way of drawing you in to the world which she had created for you that you can't help but love the story from the start and the characters that she has creates which draw you in. At one point i was so engrossed in to one of the plots in the story that I was even almost late for work. If you love Hanleigh Bradley's writeing then you won't be disappointed it had everything you could ever want and more . I also got the end I wanted but I also want more.
It’s perfect, awkward by time but still perfect. Lupine goes with her heart even when her mates try to not let her do that. But she does, and she make the right decision. She cares for her mates, she cares for the children and she creates a family there where others not see it. Which doesn’t mean it’s a perfect family. It’s a family with big mess, lots of noice, fights, predictions, magic, shifting and.. well.. pig poop in expensive Italian shoes. 🤣 This story have a very interesting twist and is told very well. You can only love it.
This is the second story of Lupine and her mates and of course her orphaned supes. What could go wrong with an unconventional mating when you add another wolf in? Chaos, that’s what you get, hurt feelings and mistrust. This is an intriguing and fast paced story that had me laughing out loud and rooting for Lupine to keep her sanity. Will the Rossi wolves succeed in ruining what Lupine and her mates are building? When there is an undeniable pull between Lupine and her sworn enemy, Enzo what will come of that?
Absolutely loved this story. This is the sequel to her first book. Was so happy that she did a follow up. Loved the first book. This one is oh so good!!!! Everyone should read this series of books. Will not be disappointed.
OMFG!!!!! So amazing great! Hanleigh Bradley does it again! I can not get enough of her writing! Superb! Knock you for a loop, in a great way!!! If you loved Lupine, before you will love her even more after reading this!! I hope we get more of this wolf mafia stories!!!!
This book was freakin amazing I loved every minute of it! I could not put this book down for anything! I loved how she finally met the Rossi and how the meeting ended was so unexpected I’m still shocked but in a good epic Kind of way! This is the kind of book I’ll always want to read it like it’s the very first time I picked up this book. I wish there was more to this book actually because it was just that good. This book is a solid 10 stars if that was even a thing lol.
Wonderful story. Lupine, who she really is ? Baby dropped in the box at orphanage because she wasn’t wanted or Princess hidden in orphanage ? Being pregnant and find out her past could definitely be depressing. Having for mates to taking care of her, heavenly... It was great continuation of book one, fun and sexy, entertaining and enjoyable. It was pleasure to read this book. My review is volunteer
This was a great follow up to the first book. I felt sorry for Lupine not being able to tell people things in her own time and then feeling like they weren’t happy. I really wasn’t expecting the big twist near the end though. That came as a complete shock.
This was an awesome book. I so do did not expect that little surprise to happen but it made sense. What a way to end a feud between two different groups. I loved reading this book and really enjoy this series.
I loved Lupine initially and the character just blossoms even further in this book. The prophecy that was discussed in the first book comes to fruition in this one as Lupine no longer has concealment spell in place, but when the Rossi Mafia roll into her small town she is no longer alone and helpless she has her guys for protection. There are some wonderful twists and turns and things don't go the way you expect them to. Very well written and entertaining book which concludes Lupine's storey but will she ever get her HEA? you need to read this ti find out.
