I was hoping for some ideas to modify yoga while practicing with a meniscal tear. What I found was a book that seems geared for practicing when I’m 75 years old-ish?
This might be a great book for several decades from now, but is far too gentle for how I practice currently, current injury not withstanding

This is an excellent book for those looking to explore yoga. The author breaks yoga down in chapters and also goes into detail for those who might have medical conditions. He also provides three different yoga workouts, five, fifteen and thirty minutes in length. It was well written and easy to follow.

Checked this out from my local library. It had some good pose modifications for folks like me who are struggling with osteoarthritis.
