A rich cowboy who rescues me from an abusive boyfriend is probably a keeper, right?
Bart Remington. His name holds a lot of weight in this small town. I bet every girl is jealous of me when he checks me out. When he acts overly protective of me. One thing’s for certain. Bart cares for me as much as he’s attracted to me. He’d do anything to get this aggressive ex off my back. He’d even pretend to be my lover. Playing fake girlfriend to a hot shot cowboy sounded fun at first. I obsessed over him, but I thought it would be easy to walk away when it was time. But my feelings have only grown. I want him more than I did when I first laid my eyes on him. Fake has turned into real for me. But if Bart isn’t looking for commitment, then it’s time I cut ties and walk away with a shattered heart.
This author has done it again. This is an outstanding book. As this series has progressed I have fallen in love with these characters. This is the best book so far.
Bart and Luna have always liked each other, since childhood. To know what happens between them you will have to read. Their ups and downs and the choices they make keep you riveted.
I can’t wait to read the next book this author writes!

This is Luna and Bart's story and it's one you don't want to miss. Friends since childhood, everyone saw how much they were attracted to each other except the two of them. He wants her and she wants him but neither believes the other does. Their paths keep crossing and finally things begin to bloom. This is a cute story with a lot of dialogue and finally some action. The characters are likable and have a lot of chemistry. I read an arc and voluntarily chose to review it.
Cowboy Billionaires book 3, is another must by JP Comeau! I love this family and the closeness of the siblings and their parents. Add their wives and all is great. Growing up together Bart and Luna felt attracted to one another but never peruses. Now that Luna is back in town, will they take a chance and give into their strong attraction? *I was given a copy and am voluntarily giving my honest review.
Bart Remington is the youngest of the 3 brothers Remington, and as the youngest, he has long accepted that he will be the recipient of his older brothers jokes and jabs. But, Bart is good with the brotherly barbs; he loves them and they love him in returned. Now, the brothers who have been given the running of the family oil business are about to make one of the most significant decisions in the life of the company since their parents transferred the operation of the company to their boys.
Since the older brothers, Bryce and Will, married, settling into family life back in their hometown of Conroe, Texas, Bart has been the only Remington in Houston, left to manage the day-to-day operations of the company. And while Bart is more than capable of managing the company by himself, the truth is that he is lonely. So, he wants to relocate the company from Houston back to Conroe. And, while Bart would deny the reality that he misses seeing and working with his brothers and living in their hometown, the two married brothers can’t dispute that life would be easier to manage if their home addresses and the address of the company headquarters and refinery all shared the same zip code.
So, to fulfill the shared vision of the brothers’ business relocation to Conroe, Bart is tasked with making the relocation happen. While he has secured an existing building to serve as the corporate office, Bart needs help to manage that building’s remodeling, to locate a building for the refinery and to monitor all the moving pieces of a corporate relocation. For that help, he turns to single, beautiful and his secret crush since high school, Luna Faircloth, best friend with his brothers’ wives, Willow and Sadie. Sweet Luna makes him think of honey— a sweet caring disposition, honey flecked brown eyes, honey and dark brown wavy hair, and honey sweet curves that he longs to explore. And, with previous managerial experience, Luna is an organizational wizard who is sharp and intuitive as they explore options among existing buildings that could be repurposed with judicial remodeling and retrofitting to serve as the refinery.
But Luna’s agreement to join Remington oil is complicated. She has recently left a dead-end managerial position when the company was unwilling to even consider her for next level managerial positions. Her resignation from that position dovetailed with her need to care for her dad while he recovers from the replacement of both hip joints. So, while needing a new job that would allow her exercise her managerial skills, she is hesitant to turn her dad’s care over to a home health care worker. Additionally, Luna is having troubles with an irritatingly aggressive and persistent one-time date who won’t take ‘No” as a final answer. What Luna really needs is a fake boyfriend to make her “No” loud and clear to her ardent, scary suitor.
JP Comeau’s romances are always grounded in the real-life concerns of families in crisis, offering insights and perspectives on the nature of family. In Cowboy’s Fake Girlfriend, Comeau allows the reader to ponder the possibilities of an adult child caring for an elderly parent while attempting to manage the challenges of work and personal relationships. The reader is encouraged to consider whether a blossoming relationship can flourish, especially when life is filled with unexpected twists and turns that would challenge even the strongest relationship.
Cowboy’s Fake Girlfriend tells the final story of the Remington brothers with the story of the youngest, Bart, and is as entertaining as the stories of the older brothers, Bryce and Will. Each novel is a stand-alone story, but once you meet the family, you will want to follow each brother’s pathway to love and family.

The night may seem endless but a new dawn is on the way!
This is the third installment of the Remington Brothers. In this serving we get closer to Bart who is the baby brother with the free wheeling lifestyle with wisdom to spare. Bart has been there for his brothers in any way that they need but now that he finds his happiness is in jeopardy can he be honest enough with himself to make the decisions that will best fit him? Without a doubt his brothers and their feisty women are his cheerleaders at the end of the day the ultimate choice is his to make... will he sever this past ties to reach for the happiness that will last him a lifetime?
Luna is a salt of the earth type of woman. No matter what life has thrown at her Luna his pulled herself together to stand on her feet and not only takes care of her family and friends but forges ahead to overcome her obstacles and stands firmly with a heart of gold and a positive attitude... but it hasn't always been that easy. Luna and her father have been hit with highs and lows and Luna has felt the lows more than the highs. No matter what with a background of tenacity or just plain stubbornness Luna is dedicated to obtaining her goals... with the main goal of being happy. When her opportunity knocks will Luna answer the call to her greatest wish?
This was a great way to wrap up this trilogy. This is a relationship that definitely had a slooooooow burn but it was well worth it. The dynamic with his brothers and the connection and bond with the ladies made this series such a very real and relatable family who's focus was finding the love and happiness that each of them dreamed of. Bart and Luna subconsciously knew each was special to the other but never had that one defining moment where everything came together. I will say this... it was so refreshing to see Bart take the traditional path... it is so rarely touched on in contemporary and I absolutely loved it! Congratulations to J.P. Comeau you have done it yet again!

Cowboy's Fake Girlfriend is Ms. Comeau's third book in the Cowboy Billionaires Series. You may not have to read the first two books but in my opinion you do. The series follows three brothers over a period of about 3 years, finding their forever loves. Their loves all happen to be best friends so all 6 characters figure prominently in each book. The character development is great. The reader is introduced to all characters in book 1 but increased character development for each couple occurs in their book so be the end of the series you know and love each and every one.
This book follows the story of Bart, the youngest brother, and Luna. Bart and Luna have been friends since grade school. Luna was bullied in school because of her weight but Bart always stood up for her. He had a crush on her for years but never acted on it because word was out about how intimidating her father was to anyone getting near his daughter. Luna kept her crush on him a secret because she felt she was not cool enough for him.
Bart's dream was always to move away from home and become a Geologist. They reunited at a BBQ held by his oldest brother Bryce years later. Bart lives in Houston, a few hours away, so they had limited interaction until he came back to his hometown to help move the family business there, thereby giving him a reason to move home. Bart stopped, after smelling delicious fried chicken, to get himself something to eat but instead found Luna being bullied by someone. He chased the attacker away and that began their love story.
As expected, their story was not nice and easy. They had lots of angst and worry but also lots of self doubt on both sides. I completely identified with Luna. I also wish I had 2 best friends that were always there for her. They were always on 3 way calls so no one was left out. Let's also say there were no secrets: 3 best friends with 3 very close brothers, everyone knew everything.
The best part of the book for me was the surprise ending. I am rarely caught off guard like I was here. Great Job to JP for that.

This is a fantastic book!! This has been a wonderful series, by Author JP Comeau ♥️ All of the characters, in each book, really fit together. Bart and Luna are no different. These two characters have fantastic chemistry!! They are very sweet together ♥️ Bart has always been Luna’s protector!! Every woman should have a Bart in their lives *Swoon* 😍 Plus, stick around for the surprise ending, that really puts a smile on your face 😊 I highly recommend this book!!
Bart and Luna are childhood friends. Bart has always been there for Luna, and has always protected her!! Luna had a weight problem, so she was always getting bullied. She had a crush on Bart, but never acted on it, because she never felt like she was good enough for him. Bart also always had a crush on Luna, but never acted on it, because her father never let any boys get close to her.
Bart left home for awhile, due to work, but two of Luna’s best friends are married to Bart’s brothers. They saw each other through the years at gatherings.
When Bart comes home, he stops to get something to eat, and witnesses Luna getting bullied, so he steps in. Bart ends up hiring Luna as his assistant. She tells him it’s only temporary. While working together, Bart and Luna’s feelings are rekindled. They find it hard to let each other go, as they fall deeper in love. Can Bart and Luna find their way through the obstacles to find their HEA??
Awesome book! Finally, all three brothers have their better half! This is about Luna and Bart. He is ready to move back home to Conroe, but he doesn’t want to show he eagerness too much so that his brothers won’t give him grief. Okay so this is the third brother, the first story was about Willow and Bryce (which you gotta love Willow) and the next brother to find his match was Will with Sadie. These two women happen to also be Luna’s best friends. They are hoot and women that can’t be messed with. Luna of course finds herself in a jam when the story starts, but Bart is there to defend what is his, even though she doesn’t know it yet.
It’s funny how both Bart and Luna envy in a nice way what Bryce, Willow, Sadie and Will have, but they both have walls standing so high to not go there – that it until Bart hires Luna as she is not working at the time because she is caring for her father, who is another character in itself. Of course, there is a lot going on with this book as moving a business from Houston to Conroe is not easy task, but one that the boys can do along with a new investor that shocked his daughter as well. The ending is beautiful reunion of families and weddings. Well I guess Uncle Ryan is next in line as Willow the matchmaker has her eyes set on him next with Sadie’s cousin Ellie!

Wow so loved this. Bart just showed up at the right time to help Luna out who was being yelled at by a boy she dated once but was abusive who wasn’t happy Luna wouldn’t answer his calls so Bart stepped in and saw the lad off and made sure Luna was ok and called the police to report the incident. Luna wasn’t happy she could of dealt with it on her own and now had to deal with police officers while all she wanted was to take her dad the food she had picked up. Bart offered Luna a job being his assistant and she accepted even though Bart was struggling with the thought of being with her as he had feelings for her but was surprised when Luna acted on them but it felt right between them. They went back to the rhythm of work but Lunas apartment was broken into they knew who it was and the police had been after him. Luna moved into the guest house at the ranch and Bart stayed with her to ensure her safety and Luna felt safer with him being there. Bart has to go back to Houston and Luna felt lost without him what happens if he wants to stay there as she has fell in love with him then her father ended up in hospital. Bart knew the only place he wanted hot be was by Luna’s side as support he realised when away that he loved her he missed her every day now he needed to act on it.
This is the third story in the Cowboy Billionaires series and we get read about Bart and Luna. These two have known one another since they were kids and over the years had an attraction to each other but neither did anything. One thing is Luna’s dad was very strict and most guys stayed away, including Bart. Living in their small town Bart was looking to leave and he did but years later he was missing his family so they decided to bring back the family‘s oil business from Houston. Luna has being caring for her father While he recovers from hip surgery and has quit her job at the grocery store. When Bart returns to town he helps Luna out when he sees a guy giving her a hard time. Bart knows he needs to move slowly with Luna so he offers her a job Helping him relocate the family business and they can not hold back their attraction and boy do they enjoy their time spent together. When Luna’s apartment is broken into Bart offers to be her fake boyfriend and they live on the ranch in the guest house do their feeling for one another becomes real. Life throws them some twist and in the end what happens is just right for them and her dad is one big surprise! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Cowboy's Fake Girlfriend is book three in the Cowboy Billionaires series. Each book has been about a different Remington brother. This story is about Bart, a man on a mission to bring a refinery to his childhood home. Luna Faircloth is the girl he had a major crush on from when they were little. Now that he sees her, he thinks she is a knock out.
Luna's life has gone exactly as she planned. She's living with her father while he heals from double hip replacement. Now she also has to deal with an abusive, stalker with whom she had one date. Bart barrels in to protect her and much to his delight, ends up pulling her into his life.
This couple goes through so many miscommunications, or lack of communication. Luna is a strong, stubborn woman who gives her opinion. Bart struggled to move away from home when he could but now he is ready to settle down and he wants Luna.
Their love affair is sweet and their sex is hot. These two have chemistry whether they want to admit it or not. Throw in a family crisis to force our characters into a decision and you have this standalone romance which does end with happily ever after.
This is book three in the Cowboy Billionaires series. It was an entertaining, steamy, easy read and a good addition to the series. I’ve enjoyed reading all three books in the series. Bart and Luna have known each other since they were kids. Luna’s had a crush on him for just about as long, but Bart couldn’t wait to get out of town, so he has no idea how Luna feels about him. He wanted to make his own mark on the world and didn’t think he could do it staying in his hometown. Barts back in town looking to move his family’s oil business to their hometown just like his father wanted. Luna is taking care of her father who has had hip replacement surgery. Bart and Luna are attracted to each other but neither of them wants to make the first move. Bart ends up offering Luna a job as his temp assistant and after Luna has her apartment broken in to, he offers to be her fake boyfriend to help discourage the guy who is stalking her. Will they tell each other how they really feel and make their fake relationship a real one?

Accepting Love - Bart had been attracted to Luna for a long time, but didn’t feel confident she would be receptive if he pursued her. Luna was brought up to be confident and strong, but her father who was very protective of her was her main focus of attention, which meant her dating life was very near non-existent. Everyone around Bart and Luna saw the strong chemistry between them, but their insecurities and stubbornness, as well as Luna’s scary dad, meant they never pursued their attraction.
This is a great and entertaining story, with amazing characters and a captivating storyline, that will take you through the ups and downs of Bart and Luna’s journey to getting their happily ever after. The story flowed seamlessly from start to finish, which made it difficult to put down, so I stayed up until the early hours of the morning to finish it.

Luna wasn't even a fake girlfriend. It was more of an idea for 30 seconds and was never talked about again. He also proposed out of nowhere. They weren't even dating or serious about each other. He proposed before she even told him she loved him. The book ends before the wedding reception. She was hardly harassed by someone who wasn't an ex. She went one date with the guy. He yelled at her once and trashed her apartment the other time.guys apparently stayed away just because they were afraid of her dad. The story was so fast paced that it made my head spin. The story says they made their own vows but it never actually said what they were. You never actually see any kind of love. Therewas no mention of a relationship and then BAM they're engaged. He also wasn't a cowboy. He lived and worked out of a hotel. There were no horses, boots or cowboy hats. I gave it 2 stars because I did read it all the way through.
Bart and Luna have been friends since they were kids. While her dad recovers from surgery Luna has been taking care of him. One day a when she's in town a guy is bothering her and Bart comes over to save her. Things are changing between her and Bart as their attraction begins to grow. When Luna"s place is broken into Bart steps in witha plan to help. With her helping him with his family's business and pretending to be her boyfriend its not long before things get real between them. Will they find out who has been after Luna? Can they continue their relationship?
This is a great story that will captivate you from beginning to end. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover

Sweet emotional and very touching story of a forever love between Bart and Luna. Bart and Luna have known each other since childhood, everyone else can see how they feel about each other but the stars have never lined up between them to have a relationship. When Bart moves back to town, he stops to get something to eat and ends up saving Luna from a old suitor. When Luna ends up working for him and then moving in because of her apartment break-in, they finally start acting on their feelings. The chemistry was sizzling, mixed with humor and very entertaining, and both have to overcome self -doubt and learn to trust each other. An absolute must read.

The last Remington brother is dealing with personal issues and business and it’s got him on his toes. When he finally asks Luna to be his assistant, things finally start working out. All work and no play makes Bart a dull boy could have been written for all of the Remington men but especially Bart. Luna starts kicking butt and taking names but she also has drama of her own to deal with until she learns that Bart has her back. Three brothers, three strong women, strong family and community ties and finally one huge wedding! Great series and I could not put it down.

Cowboy's Fake Girlfriend. This book was great! My heart was overwhelmed with the emotions flowing from this book. There was so many times my heart almost stopped when Luna had her incident and then when her father went to the hospital. For a while I didn't think Luna and Bart would get a chance to profess their love, but of course accidents bring out the love. This was a great book continuing the series of the Remington Brothers. Fake?...that was the intent but reality quickly set in... Whilst this reads as a stand alone, I love to reconnect with characters highlighted in the previous books in this series, the hero's older brothers & their significant others who were good friends of the heroine. Their paths crossed many times but they never gave in to their feelings of mutual attraction. Fairly detailed prior reviews have covered the story that charged my batteries with danger & anxiety to admiration & deep caring & undeniable sexual chemistry & confessions of love & a path to their hea. Flawlessly written as always from this incredible author. I received an arc & this is my honest & voluntary review.
This is the third book in this series about the Remington Billionaire men. Bart is the youngest and he has had a crush on his high school friend Luna since they were kids. Luna's goal in life is to be happy and even though life threw her and her family some hard curves, she always manage to get on top of them. Since Bart want to come back home he hires Luna as his assistant. Soon romance and drama will surface and the HEA follows. This is a great way to finish this trilogy! Another winner for JP Comeau and I volunteered to review this story.
This book hooked me from the first chapter and kept me with it the whole way to the end. I liked the fact that the fake girlfriend part was not to gain money. Bart and Luna had had crushes on each other from a time prior to this last meeting. Luna's dad is a hoot. All the characters are pretty well written. They work well together as people also. Great book and worth the read.

Bart just made me swoon. I love a good friends to lovers romance and this one hit me in the feels. Luna and Bart kept denying their feelings for each other and I found it funny that everyone else could tell. The connection and attraction are undeniable and it's only when Luna might be in trouble that Bart finally steps up. I couldn't put this down though. The characters are well developed and you feel everything right along with them.
This was such a cute story. I love how Bart and Luna had been kind of sweet on each other forever. They are both such likable characters that you can’t help hoping that they reach their HEA together. They have a good chemistry together that sets off sparks of steamy hot goodness. The best part is the sense of “family” throughout the story. This was a n enjoyable read!

This is a great story! I loved it. There is a little bit Of everything in here. It has action,, adventure, a big baddie, chemistry that’s off the charts with lots of steam and love to go around! Luna in the opening of the story is looking after her father after he’s had some surgery. Her life gets lots more complicated very quickly!

This story about Luna and Bart was one of the best books I have read lately. The small town romance had plenty of lust, love and drama, as well as the chance to see this relationship grow from friends to lovers to their happily ever after. Another success for author J.P. Comeau. On to the next.

The author has, once again, given us characters we can care about. Luna and Bart have been friends since childhood. They have an attraction, however, neither wants to act upon it since they do not want to lose their friendship.

I liked this book in the Cowboy Billionaires series. Bart and Lima’s relationship was so sweet having been friends since childhood and the fact that Luna’s friendship group are in relationships with the brothers. There was plenty of side storylines with Luna’s father and the stalker to keep the book interesting as well. I was a little confused as to why Billionaire brothers needed/struggled to get a 2 million dollar loan though?! Would definitely recommend.
This was a great book. We finally got Bart and Luna's story. The third brother wants to move headquarters of the family oil company to their hometown will he finally get his chance with his crush? I loved th ending and definitely recommend this series

In this third book of Cowboy Billionaires series we get to read about Luna and Bart. Their story was entertaining and keeps you interested. Their chemistry is amazing. These two have know each other for years but never acted on their feelings. It was enjoyable read.
Bart and Luna grew up in the same town, he couldn't wait to get out of it and she stayed. They both had feelings but it isn't until his brothers and her friends are married that they combust. Miscommunication, foes, misunderstandings, attraction, and more.
