A great reference for anyone wishing to improve reliability at their plant
Thank you, Joe Kuhn, for writing such a useful, practical book! Joe’s writing is very engaging and easy to relate to for anyone with experience in manufacturing.
The advice he gives is simple, but will require you to forego the “status quo” and be willing to try new approaches to improve results at your organization.
The fictional plant he writes about “CoatCo” in his book will certainly trigger professional memories of similar (if not identical in some cases) scenarios you have experienced in your career.
I highly recommend this book to anyone who has a desire to drive continuous improvement within their team and company.
His writing was so engaging I read the entire book in a single day within hours of downloading it.
