Young Jeremiah never noticed it before, but now he can’t seem to think of anything his daddy is missing a lot of hair! In fact, Daddy even says that he has “lost” his hair. But whatever’s lost can be found again, right? Jeremiah’s search leads him all over the house and yard. Not a sign of the missing hair. Luckily, Dad isn’t too upset about it. So maybe it’s not such a big deal to misplace a full head of hair after all?
In coming to terms with his father’s baldness, Jeremiah also ends up embracing diversity.
This is a super cute book about a boy who doesn't think anything about his dad's bald head, until someone yells, "Hey Baldy". Then the boy goes on a quest to find his dad's hair and how he lost it. Very cute and funny.
This book didn't hold her attention very long. It might be because there was too much text for her age. I thought she might enjoy it given the fact that her daddy's hair is also dissappearing. hee hee
Super cute! A little boy decides that he needs to look for his dad's hair after hearing his father say that he had lost it. The illustrations are adorable. And my fiance, who is balding, thought it was very cute too.
Hilarious. We replaced 'Daddy' with 'Poppy's hair' as Daddy has lot of hair but Poppy not so much. Many hours of re-reading and laughing. If books become real in the same way toys do, this book was one of our REAL books.
My class and I listened to this book when we went to the library this week. We all laughed so hard! My students also had so many theories about where hair goes after someone loses it.
The book title, Where did daddy's hair go?, intrigued me because my father was bald when i was little. I enjoyed this story about being a different individual.
This is an excellent book that deals with the differences in people on the outside, particularly those that are balding. An excellent read with a great message!
