Tyler is my first read by Miss Day. And to my surprise I like it very much. I usually like my MC romance to be dark and gritty. In Tyler it is sweet and gentle. Especially between Monica and Tyler. Their relationship revolved from enemies to lover but not with OTT drama.

The sexual tension is there but more realistic. The banter is cute and sweet. Not OTT cheesy and dramatic. The plot is so so. Not overly done. I like this book very much.

A Brother’s Best Friend

After his father’s death Vorn had taken over the Hell’s Seven MC with his right hand man being his best friend Tyler. Their rivals are back in town and trying to run Hell’s Seven out so Vorn thought he better put Tyler on his sister Monica just to make sure she was safe. All it took was Monica walking in on a very naked and impressive Tyler before everything was turned upside down.

Both Tyler and Monica try not to give in to the connection they both felt all the while that Tyler has warned off two different attempts of Monica being kidnapped. The chemistry between Tyler and Monica was pretty hot but the secrets that affected both clubs would bring Vorn, Tyler and Monica to a crossroads. For staunch MC readers the description of gangs and not clubs was a little bit of a hold up for me but the storyline made it all worth it. I will definitely pick up the next book in this series to check it out.

I seem to be on a roll with “enemies to lovers” themes right now. Ty and Monica come out the gates hissing and spitting like angry cats, but it’s easy to see that it’s not hate behind all that passion. When old ghosts resurface and Ty’s tasked with watching out for her, close quarters and adrenaline turn all that emotion in a slightly different direction. This fast-paced book continues the story of the Hell’s Seven MC and unearths a few more secrets for us as we learn that the club’s history is more complex than any of the current members could have guessed. I’m really enjoying reading about these characters and I can’t wait to read more.

Tyler's story was a bit different than I was expecting. Guess that goes to show we only think we know how these stories go. LOL I enjoyed the book. Loved the snarky comments between Tyler and Monica. Now I just have to be patient until Vorn's story is released.

Tyler is best friends with Monica’s brother. If that is your trope, this is definitely the book for you! Tyler and Monica have some great chemistry. A well written, engaging story with some twists and turns in it. I really liked it.

This read is part of the Hell’s Seven MC series but it can be read as a standalone. Monica is trying to have a normal life away from her criminal family when she may be in danger, Ty is tasked to protect her. She isn’t happy about her new protector but when she goes into his room unannounced to give him a piece of her mind, he is naked. Soon sparks are flying between these two. Can he keep her safe? Fast-paced MC read with great characters and loads of drama and suspense. I liked it.

I LOVED this book.!!
This is my very first Jolie Day book and judging by what I have just read it will definitely not be my last,I am already exciting for the next one in this series.
I Adore the way this author writes it is so captivating and realistic the way she decribes situations and characters and the thoughts they have are just so believable and easy to imagine in your mind.The words just flowed and spilled from chapter to chapter with such ease,I became completely lost to this story and forgot all sense of time.
A brothers best friend trope , Monica unintentionally falls for her brother's bestie Tyler Walsh, who as a member of the Hells Seven MC Gang has been assigned to watch over Monica and protect her from an outside threat from their rival gang.
With a Target on her back because of who her brother is Tyler finds himself wanting to do more than just protect her.Sparks really do fly between them and no matter how much they try to deny it the attraction is not going away.
I Love Tyler and Monica the playful banter between them and sexy innuendos and the magnetic chemistry all made for an explosive couple and it was perfectly executed by Jolie Day.
I haven't really read too many MC books ,but this has got to be one of the best I have read.
And even though I haven't read the book before this one I understood the gist of what was happening with no problems at all.
Oh and also there was a fantastic Twist I never saw coming, that made me think oh damn how will they overcome this , I enjoyed reading TYLER So much I knew it was 5 star material right from the start EXCELLENT.
Jolie Day now has a new fan.
5 MC Stars.

Another ok read. As much as I like Tyler more than the previous, it was still an ok read. And, CAN WE PLEASE STOP WITH THE UNPROTECTED SEX?!!! I don't care that they've known eachother, it's been on a less than friendly level. Big difference between knowing someone for years & then knowing them intimately. He's in an MC, he's been with a lot of other women. Yet, there's no issue with plowing forward without wrapping that shit up? Authors need to stop romanticizing this.

Tyler by Jolie Day is full of drama, action, suspense, violence, murder and plenty of passion surrounding Tyler, Monica and the Hell's Seven MC. Tyler is informed by his best friend and President, Vorn to protect his sister Monica from trouble that is heading their way. Monica happens to be his next door neighbor who is stubborn, feisty and off limits. Even though he resists, he will do anything for his President as the club's enemies have returned to town and vowed to end the Hell's Seven MC club. Monica is a gutsy, sassy and sexy woman who wants nothing to do with the MC which she hates, all due to the torment she had growing up in the club due to her father's overbearing way towards her. This constant struggle has put a wedge between brother and sister, but Vorn will do all he can to protect his sister even if she ends up hating him. When she learns she is being protected by Tyler, having too much to drink she goes to his home to confront him and ends up walking in on him naked which throws her off her game. Now Tyler can see that with one look, Monica wants him even though she tries to resist the feelings he brings out in her so he keeps goading her which leads to more fighting between them. Monica will soon learn she is fighting a losing battle as she can't stop wanting Tyler so she just gives into her desire for him and finds she is hooked to this sexy dangerous biker. Even though Ty made it clear he doesn't do relationships, one night with Monica will never be enough for him. Can he go against his brother and best friend or will he have to give her up? This story had humor and sexy banter between these two opposites , but they will soon discover they are on a collision course heading towards love once they give into to the chemistry and passion that is between them. Things will soon take a turn when Monica is targeted by the Hell's Seven MC rival club. Will Tyler be able to protect and save Monica from the danger that is heading towards her and the club when they are attacked? Tyler is a MC ROMANCE that immediately pulled me into the story. It isn't just about the motorcycle club but it is about the relationships between people. Ty Walsh is a member of the gang who is asked by Vorn, the club's leader and Ty's best friend, to watch over his sister Monica. Ty has a deep loyalty to Vorn. A rival club with a violent history has being seen around town. Vorn's afraid they will use Monica to get to him.

Monica and Ty are also neighbors. Everything about Ty gets under Monica's skin. They bicker back and forth like an old married couple but the line between love and hate is thin. Her father before he died was the leader of the gang, so Monica grew up in this world of guns, violence and gangs. She wanted to escape from it all but now her brother is pulling her back in to protect her. When she finds out her brother asked Ty to guard her, she is beyond angry.

Jolie Day crafts the story so you are interested in the characters. I read straight through the story because I couldn't put it down. Just when you think you have the story figured out it twists.

There is some slight violence but nothing graphic. Spending so much time together, sparks fly for both. Ty is very conflicted because Monica is the leader's sister and he is struggling to keep himself from crossing the line. This story heats up as they redirect their banter to their steamy encounters.

Ty and Monica both have secrets about their pasts. Will the secrets split Ty and Monica for good? Have no fear because Tyler is a standalone romance that ends in happily ever after.

This is not your usual MC book. You will not be disappointed with the sparks flying between Monica and Tyler (Ty). Monica is trying to live a life outside her father’s and brother’s shadow of being in Hell’s Seven MC gang. Since her father has die, her brother Vorn (Josh) is now the boss of Hell’s Seven MC and he is very overprotected of his sister Monica. She hates it, especially when he puts his best friend, Ty on the job to follow and protect Monica whether she is at home or work. Ty knows how Josh feels about protecting his sister, because he had to do it in the past for his sister Sophia. Monica has a target on her back due to rival MC gang The Sons. No one is sure why except she is Vorn’s sister. Ty and Monica become close and know that getting involve is not a good idea for either of them. There are a few incidents that happen and bring them closer together and cannot fight their desires for each other. An unexpected twist happens, and will it keep Ty from being with Monica when he finds out the truth? Will he feel betray and not want anything to do with her? How will Vorn take the news? Monica has some awesome friends, (Lee and Marlene) to help her see what she may let slip by her. I cannot wait to read the next book in this series and figure out what Vorn’s deal is. This story is full of suspense, heat, angsty, and love. When I first started reading this book I was glued to it and couldn't stop imagining what was going to happen next. Tyler has been given orders by his friend and MC president Vorn to watch over Monica, Vorn's little sister. Since Monica and Tyler live next door to each other it shouldn't be that difficult. Monica has hated that she is always being made to look as if she is made of glass. When she sees Tyler watching over her, she decides that its enough and marches over to Tyler's house. Monica enters Tyler's house, his room without knocking, and can't believe what she sees. Tyler has just gotten out of his shower and is naked; when the door of his room opens he doesn't expect Monica to be standing there. After that moment things between Monica and Tyler turn awkward. Monica is starting to feel something for Tyler, but she doesn't know what to do about it. Tyler knows he can't get involved with Monica, but that doesn't stop either of them. Monica is keeping a secret and she can't keep it in much longer, so she leaves and takes Tyler's bike. Once everyone knows her secret things calm down. The ending caught me off guard and it was amazing. I loved how after everything Monica and Tyler went through, they were able to open their hearts and allow the other to enter. This is the story of Tyler and Monica. If you've read other books by Day, you have met Tyler already as he is the brother of Sophie. Monica is the sister of Vorn, who is Tyler's best friend. Vorn is also the leader of the Hell's Seven MC, a roll he took over after the death of their father. As one of their rival MC gangs begins to rear its ugly head, Tyler is given the task of watching/protecting Monica. She has worked very hard to distance herself from the gang lifestyle and is not happy with the intrusion of both her brother as well as Tyler. In the beginning, Tyler and Monica have a love/hate relationship - very similar to that of a brother/sister, that leads a bit more towards hate. Tyler likes to push Monica's buttons and their bantering back and forth is cute. Monica unexpectedly walks in on Tyler as he comes out of the shower and things suddenly shift. She cannot stop thinking about him and starts looking at him in a whole new light....and her attraction to him grows. They finally share a kiss and there is no turning back. They become closer as the dangers to Monica increase and the sparks are flying all over the place. There are quite a few twist and turns in this story and once you start it, you will not be able to put it down. No spoilers but you will certainly enjoy this happily-ever-after romance!!

The leader of Hell's Seven motorcycle gang is worried. They been having some trouble with another gang since Vorn took over. His sister was in danger. With one phone call, Vorn had security around Monica 24/7. No one was going to hurt her. Vorn trusted Tyler to protect Monica. Tyler is like family. The only question now is will Tyler be kicked out of the gang for his mistake. Can Monica handle Tyler being with her all day every day?
This book is volatile. The chemistry between Tyler and Monica is electric. The writing is solid and the characters relate-able. The twists and turns add to the chemistry. I was sitting on the edge of my seat while reading this. I just wanted to jump into the book to help out. Ms. Day is an auto buy author and a master storyteller. You won't go wrong if you buy Ms. Day's books. I've been delighted with all that I've read.

This book did have an issue. Everything seemed so perfect. Their were some blow ups between Tyler and Monica, but when the dust settled it was as though nothing happened.

I gave this one 4 cheers out of 5 because it needed one more BANG!! copy of book provided by author and I voluntarily reviewed it.

This is the 2nd story in this MC Series, Outlaw. The story picks up after Vorn takes over the Hell’s Seven MC after his father passes and Tyler is his 2nd and best friend. Tyler is back from hiding and is tasked with watching over Vorn’s sister, Monica as danger is coming for her. When Monica is mad she storms over to Tyler’s and goes to his room to barge in while he is standing there in his birthday suit! With their rivals looking to use Monica, Tyler is persistent in protecting her and there are fireworks between them that Monica tries to hide. Monica is almost taken twice so Tyler keeps her with him. These two lose the battle to stay away from one another and become interwoven with feelings and danger along with the past. When Monica does the unthinkable she takes Tyler’s bike and gives herself up to discover she is not in danger and the truth sets them free. Wow this is the second book in the series and I loved it, the dramas that that unfold keeps you up at night because you don’t want to stop reading. But like all great things they must come to an end but the upside is there’s another book coming. Tyler and Monica’s story is a battle of the wills and who wins and losses is the question. Monica doesn’t need a babysitter/ protector but her brother Vorn of the Hells Seven M C club thinks she does and will not listen and that’s how Tyler enters the picture and to say he is pleased about his mission as a glorified babysitter is an understatement but it’s his best friends sister that’s in danger from a rival gang so how can he say no. When Monica storms in to Tylers room and catches him naked let’s just say that the chemistry between is of the charts and now they find themselves trying to keep there hands off each over all the while keeping it a secret from her brother. How does it all end I will not say but do yourself a favour and get this must read.

Great start to a brand new series. I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed this book. I am usually really picky when it comes to biker romance and usually don't like very many. I find a lot of authors seem to have this idea in their head about what a biker is and that always seems to be a cheating asshole, which is so NOT my thing. This biker romance is one of those rare gems with NO cheating, which I was so very happy about. Now, some people might argue that Tyler was kind of an asshole, but I have to disagree, he was sarcastic and had a bit of an attitude, but I would by no means say he was an asshole and once he and Monica got together he treated her right. This book was full of fun, steam, had a few laugh out loud moments and enjoyable side characters. I am excited for the next book in the series, which will be Monica's brother Vorn, I hope I like him as much as I liked Tyler. If you are like me and like your bikers faithful to their women then look no further because this is the book for you.

I loved the bantering and tug and war these two had in the beginning of Tyler’s and Monica’s story.

Tyler was asked my Monica’s brother to be Monica’s bodyguard as his MC club rivals we’re starting to make a presences around her, but she was not aware of this.

Monica grew up in a family that was involved in a MC gang and her father high up in the gang so much so that at an early age she couldn’t be like her fiends and go places, have sleepover. She had to be home to be protected. She grew up hating MC gangs and anyone associated with them, including her brother and his best friend Tyler.

Over the course of this book, Tyler and Monica stated to hang out and one thing lead to another and they got close and started a relationship until her brother found out and the had of the rival gang interfered and a lot of truths came out at once. I was shocked to learn the truth about Monica’s dad and so was everyone else. I did not see they coming.

I did love Tyler and Monica’s ending, loved this couple and the chemistry they had.

When Tyler is asked to watch over his best friend Josh’s sister he isn’t to keen on the idea. Josh has taken over as the leader of the MC gang and he knows his sister’s life is in danger and he knows and trust Tyler to keep her safe. Monica doesn’t seem to think she is in danger or that she needs a baby sitter but she really doesn’t realize how much danger she is in. Even though Ty and Monica have known each other most of their lives they have never thought of each other on a romantic level but all that changed when she storms into his room and sees him in all his glory. After that is when both Tyler and Monica tried to fight off their feelings but things tend to heat up between them.
This was a great story with plenty of action, drama, suspense and steam to heat up your kindle. Jolie did a good job keeping my attention from beginning to the end. I was glad to review an arc copy of this book.

This was a really good book and if you love the 'best friend's sister romances this is the one for you. Bad biker boy Ty is a part of a biker gang and his best friend Vorn (also known as Josh) is the leader. Vorn's sister Monica lives next door to Ty but they have never really bothered with each other as she has tried to distance herself from the gang and live her own life. However, a rival gang begins to threaten Monica and Ty is asked to keep an eye on her in order to protect her. At first she isn't happy about this and goes to tell him at which time she walks in on him naked in his own home. After that she just cannot stop thinking about him and the more time they spend together the more attracted to each other they become.

Looking forward to the next book.

I was anxiously awaiting the arrival of Tyler's story. Knowing that Tyler was the catalyst for the first story with Joe and Sophia, I was so excited to finally find out what was behind Tyler's disappearance from his sister's life. Knowing the Tyler in in an MC and had to fake his death in order to protect the ones he loves was the hardest thing he had to do. Another extremely difficult to do.... live next to a gorgeous, fiery, independent woman who also happens to be the sister of his MC brother Vorn. As if that is enough of a challenge, Monica learns a very deep secret that has the potential to rock not only her world, but that of her brother and most especially Tyler. Why Tyler you ask... well, can't give much away, cause that's not fun and you really need to read this edge of excitement story for yourself! Don't wait, pick it up today!!!

This is the second book in this series and just like the first it is a book you just don't want to put down so make sure you don't start it to late or like me you will be reading into the early hours of the morning because who needs sleep

Monica is the sister to Vorn the president of the Hell's Seven MC (his book is next) at with trouble heading the way of the MC he wants her protecting so he tells Tyler to do that. Monica doesn't think that she needs to be protected in fact she tries to keep away from the MC as much as possible The more time they spend together the more the attraction builds between them he knows that is President wouldn't be happy if they are together but can he walk away Then things take a deadly twist when their rival take Monica now Tyler will do whatever he needs to bring her back and make her is.

Tyler is one of my favorite books of this series! I've already read the next book in series, Vorn, and holy crap, it's freaking awesome, too.
Ty, though, is as dark and steamy as it is comical. Ty and Monica's relationship is somewhat strained in the beginning. Okay, she's a pain in his a$$, and well, she barely tolerates him. That is, until she walks in on him, naked, and I mean, the full view. And what a "view" it is!
It's a wild, suspenseful, HOT, and comical ride from that point on. I highly recommend this book and series! Vorn is next, and holy hotness on a stick. YES! I'll have to update my review on that one--it's a whole lot darker, and my goodness, steamy as ___(insert preferred word here). Believe me, you will not regret this series. Not in the least, whether you read or listen... Um, Jason Clarke narrates Ty. Need I say more? Just grab a fan.

Tyler and Monica have strong chemistry, and although they try to deny it at first, there’s no avoiding their attraction to each other. When Ty is tasked with protecting her, their feelings grow steadily until there’s no stopping the inevitable. Theirs is an enticing love story with plenty of steamy passion. However, the road to true love is seldom smooth, and theirs is filled with some bumps and twists along the way, but it’s an engaging tale that will keep you involved from start to finish with strong characters and an intriguing storyline. It’s one I found to be quite entertaining and enjoyable.

Tyler and Monica have known each other most of their lives but never gave the other a second thought romantically. That is until she accidentally sees him naked. Now they can’t make their thoughts go back to normal. She is in danger from the beginning of the story and Ty is there to protect her, so the progression from kind of enemies to friends to lovers felt very natural to me. I haven’t read any of the other books in this series yet so some of the past story lines were a little hard to follow, but I got just enough details that I feel like I can go back and read those and will enjoy them as well.

Ms. Jolie Day has created an addictive MC romance with the creation of Tyler.

Tyler and Monica might be in danger from a rival MC, however, these two are in the most danger of losing their hearts to one another at the worst time. When MC President Josh, Tyler's best friend finds out, there will be hell to pay for Tyler touching his Sister. How can they stay safe when they can't take their sites off each other? Riveting release.

I was beyond fortunate to have requested an advanced reader's copy of Tyler in exchange for my honest and voluntarily given opinion and I highly recommend reading this book, as well as anything published by Ms. Day.

The way that Tyler and Monica were able to connect as she is Vorn’s sister and Tyler being asked to protect her was a challenge with Tyler’s loyalty to Vorn.

As with them having to stay together, it was inevitable that they realized their attraction to each other and the obstacles they had to overcome to be together. Throw in the surprise news about why she was being targeted by the other gang was another bit of news.

This is a feel good story of how they were able to overcome the many challenges in finding love and happiness.

Great read! Loved Tyler and Monica. Ty is part of Hell’s Seven MC. Vorn is President, Ty’s best friend and Monica’s brother. When word of the rival gang back in town starts up, Vorn worries about his sisters safety and assigns Ty to watch out for her. Monica, not wanting to be any part of a gang issue, tries to fight having a babysitter. Attempts are made on Monica and the realization sets in that she needs Ty. Their relationship develops as they work through the threat. A good story that keeps you going!
