Suzanne Sullivan doesn't need a bodyguard. After all, she's one of the most successful digital security specialists in the world―so she can most certainly take care of herself despite the problems she's been running into lately. Unfortunately, her three brothers don't agree. So when Mr. Way-Too-Handsome shows up bound and determined to protect her, whether she wants him there or not, sparks definitely start to fly. Because she has absolutely no intention of falling for the bodyguard she never wanted in the first place.
Roman Huson has vowed to do whatever it takes to protect Suzanne Sullivan from harm. And her brothers would kill him for so much as looking at her the wrong way. The only problem is that he's never been hired to work for anyone so beautiful, or brilliant, before. Between trying to keep up with her―and working like hell to keep from kissing her breathless―he's up against the most difficult challenge of his life. Especially when it turns out that the passion, and connection, between them is hotter than anything he's ever known.

A note from Bella Andre: I can't wait for everyone to read Suzanne and Roman's love story, SINCE I FELL FOR YOU (release date: November 16th)! I had the most wonderful time writing it. I've always wanted to write about a bodyguard, and pairing him up with a computer whiz was so much fun. Happy reading! ~ Bella
Suzanne Sullivan starts having attacks on her software company, an issue she is confident she can deal with, but the attacks and nuisances phone calls have her 3 protective brothers worried, so they hire a bodyguard one she really doesn’t want. Roman Huson, is the bodyguard they hire, much to the displeasure of Suzanne. Roman has found it easy keeping things professional with the clients he is protecting, but from the get go he finds himself unable to clap down on the attraction he feels for the highly intelligent and lovely Suzanne Sullivan, a woman he thinks is completely out of his league. Initially Suzanne tries to get rid of him (actions are a tad teenager-ish), but when she realises they have something, well she won’t let him walk away.
A light frothy romance, there were moments that were tipping into a tad too cheesy, but overall this made for a super light and easy, one time read.
What I found strange was that there was never an undertone of tension in the book, and considering the side plot of someone being after Suzanne there really should have been. Plus, the big reveal about who was bothering Suzanne was completely underwhelming.
Bella Andre and the Sulllivan’s are back. We’re with the New York branch but, everyone is making an appearance. I love that she always keeps us updated with what’s going on back on the West Coast. I love that she can incorporate all of them into the book. I love that they all play a major role and make the stories a little more interesting.
Now, don’t get me wrong, if Since I Fell For you was just about Suzanne and Roman, I would have been satisfied. But, when she brought everyone from out West to the Adirondack’s … I was just doing a little happy dance. And, the reason she did … all I can say was that it was about time! Strong woman – hot men. A true recipe for success. When the woman is a nerd on top of being beautiful and strong, it just gets a little more interesting. I loved the feisty, head-strong, brilliant Suzanne. She was everything I wish I could be as a woman. Self-sufficient, understated and smart. She had everything going for her which is probably why someone was out to get her.
As for Roman. He’s a bodyguard. Do I need to say more? Yes. There really was so much more to him than just the good looks. He came from the wrong side of the tracks but definitely made a name for himself in the security business and in life … despite where he came from. On top of it, he has wonderful self control, until he doesn’t. Then, all bets are off.
Since I Fell For You had everything. There was love and more love. There was a little mystery and a lot of love. There was a wedding and a lot of love. There was fear and a lot of love. Yea, the love just poured off the pages. The love between a man and a woman as well as the love between a sister and her brothers. But, that’s Bella Andre. Her writing always brings out the best in people. She’s fluent and descriptive and always makes you feel comfortable. Whether she is writing a love scene or fight scene, she makes you feel all the emotions that go with them.
I seriously adore Bella Andre’s audiobooks!! Especially The Sullivans series, since they’re narrated by Eva Kaminsky. She’s honestly such an amazing narrator – I could listen to her for days, really. And add in the sweet, wonderful love stories from Bella Andre and you pretty much have the perfect romance audiobooks. If you’re ever in the mood for well-narrated, feel-good romances, you definitely have to check out Bella Andre!
Since I Fell for You is the second book in the New York Sullivans series, starring the sole female in this group of siblings, Suzanne Sullivan. Suzanne is a tech whiz and pretty much a geek of girl doing what she loves and making bank out of it. But being so successful leads to having a high profile, and recent incidents have lead her brothers to believe that she needs a bodyguard. But Suzanne wants nothing to do with having a man on her 24/7, no matter how good-looking he is and how strong the chemistry between them is…
Roman Huson never expected how difficult it would be to be Suzanne Sullivan’s bodyguard, but then again, he never expected to feel such intense attraction to someone he was hired to protect. He can’t let his feelings get in the way of his job, because that would put Suzanne’s life at risk, and he’ll do anything to prevent that. But the heart wants what the heart wants, and how can he resist the one woman who gets under his skin when she turns on the charm and makes him ache for more of her in his life?
If you’ve never experienced one of Bella Andre’s Sullivans books, the New York Sullivans is the perfect place to start, especially if you’re a little daunted by the number of books there currently are. Since I Fell for You can be read perfectly as a standalone, though I would recommend the previous book, Now That I’ve Found You, just because it was a pleasure to listen to. Suzanne and Roman were sweet and romantic, with the perfect hint of sexy to make this a well-rounded romance. If you love bodyguard romances, you should definitely check this one out!
SINCE I FELL FOR YOU is the second book in the New York Sullivans series. This story is all about Suzanne Sullivan who is a bit of a big shot geek girl I guess you can say. She’s a wiz at coding and computers but what makes this book interesting is the fact that there seems to be some occurring problems that might actually require her to get a bodyguard. At first it seems like a bit of an extreme reaction but it does bring together Suzanne and Roman, the hero of the story.
Roman falls under your typical lethal and silent type of hero. He’s very watchful and aware of everything around him so he has this intensity that I think a lot of readers would like. To me, I think Suzanne was the one who really made this book because although she calls herself a nerd and geek a lot, it’s not meant in a bad way. She’s very comfortable and proud of herself and that’s why she’s a great match for Roman.
Bella Andre’s writing in this book is very easy to read. It flows very well, which I pretty much expect with all of Andre’s books. However, if I were being picky, I would say that it could also be what some people may complain about. Everything is very easy in this book, even the whole slight mystery aspect, so to some the conflict may not really be there. However, that’s not something I fully expect from a series like this were the main story is really the romance.
I just love these guys and I’m very much looking forward to reading the next book in the series.
I love bodyguard romances. I can never resist them. Which is why I didn't wait for the audio for Bella Andre's newest Sullivan book, Since I Fell for You, even though that's my preferred way to read her books. Since I Fell for You by Bella Andre was a solid addition to the much loved Sullivan series, but it isn't a favorite. What I Liked:
The Sullivans! I mean, that goes without saying, right, since I've read all the Sullivan's books. But I do love this family. I love all the cousins, and how close-knit everyone is. Even when Suzanne's brothers hire her a bodyguard when she doesn't want one. This family loves each other so much, and I can never get enough. Suzanne is totally a genius, and I am all about super intelligent female characters. (Actually, I'm all for intelligent characters all together). But I do love how smart Suzanne is, although sometimes she is silly (more on that below. I LOVED Roman! He's strong, and silent and takes his job seriously. Although he is attracted to Suzanne when he first sees her, he tries to ignore that so he can do his job properly. Roman also feels he's not good enough for Suzanne, but that isn't true! He's wonderful! It took a bit for Roman and Suzanne to get together, but once they did, I was SO ON BOARD! I just wish it hadn't taken so long.
What I Struggled With:
Suzanne comes up with this ridiculous way to get Roman to resign his position as her bodyguard. I hated her plan! It was juvenile, it didn't really make a lot of sense, and it was annoying. Luckily she did get over this plan somewhat quickly, but the whole idea felt done before. Things got a little sappy at the wedding they attended. Look, I know Sullivan fans (like myself) love to see how other Sullivans are doing. But it was a bit much at the wedding, and that little bit didn't really need to be in Suzanne's story. The conclusion at the end about who was bothering Suzanne was totally underwhelming.
Final Thoughts: I love Bella Andre's Sullivan series. I've read them all, and I can't wait for the next one. However, Since I Fell for You is not even close to a favorite. But that's okay; not all books can be favorites. And Sullivan fans will not be disappointed. This review was originally posted on Quinn's Book Nook
Absolutely Perfect! This was one of my all time favorite Sullivan's yet. This Heroine had it all together but still managed to find some new pieces of herself in this story! I loved how in her attempt to seduce our Hero to quit his job, she discovered that she could 'dress up' and be as much of a Temptress as any Glamour girl. Roman was such a great guy, loved how hard he worked to overcome the bad choices he had made in the past. This couple just really worked for me, the suspense and drama surrounding them was just enough to keep pushing the storyline forward and the brothers made it fun to read. Icing on the cake was a Sullivan Wedding that we've all been waiting for! I love this series and can't wait for the rest of the stories!
Bella Andre has been one of my auto-buy authors and has been since I read the very first book in the Sullivan series. Ms. Andre pulls me into her stories from the very first page and I can't wait to read each new story as it is released.
Since I Fell For You is the 2nd book in the New York Sullivans series and is Suzanne Sullivan's story. Suzanne is a totally kick-ass heroine who runs her own digital security company and is more than capable of taking care of herself. Her three brothers don't seem as sure about it and hire bodyguard Roman Huson when Suzanne's company has cyber and phone attacks.
I loved Suzanne and Roman pretty much connected from the moment they met. Yes Suzanne wanted to get rid of him as her bodyguard, but she was still insanely attracted to him. I will say it totally cracked me up that Suzanne totally started wearing super sexy outfits trying to get Roman to quit, and all it did was make him want her more. I also loved that while they were attracted to one another from the very first time they saw each other, they didn't act on that attraction immediately. Yes I do love the instant gratification element sometimes, but with Roman and Suzanne, I liked they let their attractions build and grow before acting on it.
I loved that Roman shared everything about his past with Suzanne, thinking it would push her away, but it really made Suzanne love him even more. Roman and Suzanne had the most amazing chemistry. They were smoking hot together when they made love. There was also a sweetness about them that made me fall for them as a couple. I also loved how protective they were of each other as well. Roman especially would do anything in his power to keep Suzanne safe. While I was a little surprised to find out who was behind the attacks, I loved how Suzanne, her family, and Roman worked together to figure everything out. I absolutely loved how Suzanne's brain worked and found her intelligence one of her strongest qualities.
Since I Fell For You was a wonderful addition to the Sullivans series. I actually am behind on the series right now and can say it reads very well as a stand alone. Ms. Andre once again delivers a beautiful, sexy, and emotional story for her readers. I highly recommend this story to fans of contemporary romance

This is Suzanne & Roman's story. I am a huge fan of the Sullivan’s series and let me just say that this latest book did not disappoint. It had everything I look for in a Bella Andre book and more, a great storyline surrounding the couple falling in love. Suzanne is a beautiful, intelligent bad-ass who runs her own cyber security company. She does not need anyone taking care of her. Roman is the incredibly gorgeous bodyguard her brothers hire to take care of her because of some threats that have surfaced. Needless to say she is not on board with this plan. Suffice it to say she comes up with her own plan; make Roman fall for her so he will quit.
Neither of our couple believes that deep, passionate love is a good thing because of what they have witnessed in their pasts with their own parents. They believe people need to remain rational and cannot be all consumed or obsessed with a lover. Suzanne doesn’t really date and Roman is the love ‘em and leave ‘em type. They were so not prepared for each other and neither expects the myriad of feelings the other invokes in them. I loved the anticipation that built up in this book! There is so much pent up passion that it is incredible when they finally succumb to it. It was totally worth the wait!! Muy caliente!! As Bella so eloquently writes, “They are two ravenous souls finally taking the kiss they’d both been starved for.” One of the things Roman says that is totally swoon-worthy “.............couldn’t keep from loving you more everyday, every hour, every second.” Sigh. Great addition to the Sullivan series!
The Sullivan family is my absolute favorite!!! I have read and re read this series!! Bella continues to keep that love going!! I wish I could go to a Sullivan get together ! This is a must read!!
This is the second in the New York City Sullivan series and it was as good if not better than the first. You immediately get into the story and can’t put the book down. Bella Andre has a way of writing that pulls you into the story. Her descriptions of the characters and scenery are spot on.
In this book, Suzanne Sullivan starts having attacks on her software company and maybe on herself personally. So her take charge brothers hire a bodyguard, Roman Huson, to watch over her. And watch over her he does. They immediately feel sparks and she tries her best to get him fired while he’s trying his best to remain professional and not cross the line. But for the two of them, that’s easier said than done. Throughout the story you learn of the other Sullivan’s and how much family means to them all.
The story is sweet, sexy and a great read. I’m thankful I was given a digital copy for an honest review. I highly recommend this book along with the first one.
SINCE I FELL FOR YOU by Bella Andre is another fantastic story in The Sullivans series!! I thoroughly enjoyed reading it!! I always love the mysterious twist Bella Andre adds to her stories, along with romance. Suzanne & Roman meet when she finds out her brothers went behind her back & hired him as her bodyguard. Having problems at her software company recently, Suzanne finally agrees to allow Roman to be her bodyguard. The chemistry between Suzanne & Roman is scorching HOT!! It is a great love story. Always fun catching up with all the Sullivan's. A must read for everyone!!!
The New York Sullivans’ are back and I fall deeper in love with them. I find that this time Suzanne Sullivan will keep her man on his toes. She was no meek flower waiting to be rescued or protected. She gave as good as she got and I fell in love with her. Suzanne and Roman find that they have more in common than the security business. The sizzling passion, intense heat, and the allure of the forbidden makes for an excellent afternoon of delight. There is something to fall in love with at each new installment. This family makes you feel at home with friends.
Narration from Eva Kaminsky has made me feel like I was coming home. She has that voice the smooths the road and makes it all worth the wait for the next installment. Eva is that staple with the Sullivan clan that lets me know all is well. She makes the characters come to life and gives a deeper connection to the entire world built around the whole family. I love her smooth flow of diction and pacing. I found the audio to be a perfect complement to Bella Andre’s work.
**Received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.**
"Since I Fell for You" is written by Bella Andre and it is the 2nd book in her New York Sullivans series and the 16th book in The Sullivans series. It can be read as a stand-alone book. It featured Suzanne Sullivan and Roman Huson.
What has always drawn me to Bella Andre's books, and namely, The Sullivans series, is that family is an important part of each Sullivan character we, as readers, are introduced to. The Sullivans are a close-knit, loyal, fiercely protective, fun, and loving family.
In "Since I Fell for You," Suzanne's 3 brothers are worried about her. She is a successful digital security specialists, but it seems like a competitor is out there to sabotage her and cause problems. Behind her back, Suzanne's brothers hire Roman to be her bodyguard and protect her. Suzanne is not exactly keen to this idea despite her instant attraction to Roman. She doesn't need to be protected!
Roman has always been able to separate business from pleasure. But Suzanne has been making it difficult for him. He liked Suzanne right from that first moment he saw her. It's not just her physical beauty that he's attracted to. It's also her intellect, her loyalty, her support, and how she's close to her family. Despite his feelings for her, he needs to do the job her brothers hired him to do.
What happens when Suzanne and Roman finally give in to their feelings for one another? Will Roman be able to protect her from harm's way?
Bella Andre wrote another winner! I adore "Since I Fell for You," and it is a wonderful addition to this already beautifully written series! Can't wait to read Alec's story and Harry's story!

"Since I Fell For You" by Bella Andre
My Thoughts....
This was a wonderful second in the series of the New York Sullivan's reads. I liked how this author gives the readers one interesting lovable read that featured Suzanne Sullivan and Roman Huson. Would I like to have Roman for my 'bodyguard' oh well, that's another story but for Suzanne she simply wasn't having it. What had her brother's [Alex, Harry & Drake] gone behind her back done in order to keep her safe? Will Roman be able to deal with Suzanne in her not wanting him around? What did Suzanne plan on doing to Roman that would send him running? What will happen when there is a twist in this story that will have the readers saying yummy with all that chemistry that comes about for these two [Suzanne and Roman]. Will Roman be able to keep Suzanne safe? Do you think that these two Suzanne and Roman finally get a HEA? Well, to get all of these questions answered and so much more you will have to pick up this wonderful well written series to see how this author brings it out for her readers. The characters were so very well developed with a entrancing story giving the readers one spectacular read that goes so well with all the other Sullivan reads. Be ready for some passionate romance, drama, mystery, close family and friends. Would I recommend? YES!
Thank you to the author for another continuation to a wonderful series!
This was an amazing read. This story is the second story of the New York Sullivans series. The characters were amazing. The way Bella Andre writes her characters really draws you into the story. I loved every minute of this book. I loved Suzanne and Roman's story. Suzanne was very smart, but I loved how feisty she was. Roman was smart, protective, and sexy. Plus the fact that this was a forbidden bodyguard love story was a win. It is forbidden because Roman is the bodyguard, but also friends with all three of her brothers. I loved Smith & Valentina's wedding. I thought the whole wedding was perfection. Can't wait to read Book 17 - Alec's story. Overall, a fantastic read.
"She hadn't needed a bodyguard. But she had needed love."
Suzanne Sullivan & Roman Huson's story was entertaining. We've got:
-Technology/web expert heroine? Check. -Bodyguard badass hero who's hired to protect heroine? Check. -Attraction between heroine and hero with a bit of animosity included? Check. -Mysterious plot of someone trying to hurt the heroine so the hero has to protect her? Check. -Heroine not really needing protection because she can take care of herself but she also accepts we all need help sometimes? Check. -Mention/cameos from my favourite Sullivans? DOUBLE CHECK! -Hero/Heroine who communicate? Check.
The beginning of their relationship dragged for a while, in my opinion (that's why this wasn't a 5-stars read for me.) Fortunately, things really started taking off once The West Sullivans reunite with the East Sullivans. That's when Suzanne and Roman finally let the sparks fly; and the honesty and truth of their feelings, unravel. From them on, they were freaking adorable, sexy, romantic, and real.
Bella Andre has written another fabulous addition other Sullivan Series!! She has truly written a captivating story again!! It is the second story for the New York Branch of the Sullivan family.
Suzanne Sullivan is a digital security specialist and runs one of the top companies in the world. She has been having trouble with hackers and harassing phone calls but has not paid too much attention to the nonsense. Her brothers, on the other hand, are extremely worried. They hire a body guard behind her back. He is the most handsome and attractive man she has ever encountered and this frustrates her even more because she is worried about him breaking down the defenses she has around her heart. She is more than capable of taking care of herself and does not need a body guard! Suzanne is furious and is determined to hatch a plan to get rid of him!
Roman Huson is determined to keep his promised and protect Suzanne at all costs. He did not anticipate that she would be the most beautiful, smart and sexy woman he has ever met. Her brothers would tear him apart if he looked at her in any other way than a client. This will be the most difficult job he has ever had. He is questioning how how he will keep his distance and do his job of protecting Suzanne without falling for her. He knows he must because of her brothers and he is convinced Suzanne deserves to be with a better man than him. If she found out about his past, she would not want to be with him anyway. Keeping his distance, gets harder by the minute.
Suzanne and Roman both try to fight the growing chemistry between them. Roman is not only attracted to her physically but to intelligence as well. Suzanne is immediately attracted to him but is sadden by the fact that he was hired to be her bodyguard. She uses her defenses to get him to have to quit. The problem is no matter what she does, their attraction seems to be growing at warp speed! Will Roman cross the line and give in to his attraction ? If he does, he will have to resign and give the job to another body guard. Will Suzanne break her steadfast rule and let a man into her heart? How is she going to work if she can't concentrate with him around?
This is a story about two people that have never relied on anyone and put up defenses to keep everyone out of their hearts. The problem with love is that it can eventually break down any defense and seep into your heart. As with all of. Bella's books, you connect to the characters immediately. What is also great, you get to visit with many of the other Sullivan characters, which feels like going back to visit family. There are many intriguing elements to this story that keep you turning the pages. It has it all, chemistry, steamy scenes and a loving tenderness that occurs between Suzanne and Roman. I highly recommend this book because it is one of the most captivating and intriguing stories I have read. Bella Andre has such a unique way of writing, you feel like you are really experiencing everything that characters are. I can truly say, I loved reading it and cannot wait for the next one in the series!
Another great love story from Ms. Andre. This is Suzanne Sullivan's story. Suzanne owns her own software security company and has a brilliant mind. She puts her all into her business. Her company's servers have been attacked lately as well as her phone. Her brothers are very protective of her, and decide to hire a bodyguard for her without asking. While Suzanne is at her brother's art showing, she sees a handsome man that she can't take her eyes off of as he walks towards her brothers. Then they all walk towards her and she can't help thinking where had they kept him hidden. She is quickly upset as they introduce her to Roman and tell her he is her bodyguard. She blows up, tells her brothers off, and leaves the building as she walks back home. Roman goes after her and tells her that whether she likes it or not, she is stuck with him.
Suzanne and Roman are attracted to each other, but Roman has never crossed the line with a client and has never been tempted--until now. Roman did not have the best of childhoods so he definitely does not feel good enough for Suzanne. Of course, Suzanne had her own problems growing up without a mother. I love how close she is with her whole family, and how they all support each other. Of course, her brothers can be so overprotective at times it is irritating. This story also had a mystery going on--who would ever want to hurt Suzanne? It was great hearing what some of the other Sullivans were up to and to be a part of a wedding. You definitely need to read the book, you will not be sorry! I voluntarily read an Advanced Reader's Copy of the book.
I received an advanced copy and am voluntarily leaving a review.
3.5 stars
This book was a little better than the previous one, but I still had some issues with it. First of all, it took the couple way too long to hook up. I understand building tension and trying to make it exciting, but it just dragged on too long, which is not something I would expect from a Sullivan book. However, when they did get together, it was well-written (like always) and the pace of the story started to pick up more. I just wish it would have happened much sooner than it did.
Also, I found the character of Alec very unappealing. I get being protective of your sister, but he was just a jerk throughout the book. I do appreciate that he was at least called out on it. I'm interested in reading the next book in the series (which revolves around him) because I'm curious to see how he is redeemed.
Despite my opinion about this book, I did enjoy that it didn't seem as dark as the last one. (Yes, their backstory isn't a happy one, but it kind of dragged the plot of the last book down a bit.) I also liked the character of Calvin (the mayor of Summer Lake) and I was very thrilled to see that he would be getting his own book as well. I'm actually looking more forward to his than Alec's.
I haven't connected to the New York Sullivans as much as the San Francisco and Seattle Sullivans, but I think I'll get there someday.
I Fell for the Sullivan Family hard from book one. The New York Sullivan's do not disappoint. Bella Andre has deafeningly built an engaging world to escape into and amazing family you want to embrace as you own.
Suzanne is so fun, wicked smart, and Lovable that you just want to stay in her world as long as possible. (or is that just me and Roman) Roman is all hard angles on the outside but so complex on the inside you just don't want to stop pealing those layers to find the inner him. (or is it just the clothes you want to peal off) The connection between them is so intense it is a wonder that everyone around them takes so long to see it. No avoiding the book hang over with this one. (may take me more than a day to recover)
What a couple and this family just keeps getting more entertaining to read with each story added.
This was one of my least favorite Sullivan book. The storyline just fell flat for me. I liked both characters and loved that Suzanne was a strong, independent woman. That being said, the bodyguard/threat aspect was where Bella lost me. As a lover of romantic suspense, this didn't have enough development in the threat storyline and became unnecessary.
There is something with the NY Sullivan's that I'm not connecting with and can't quite figure out what the issue is. That being said, I'll still continue the series and hope I connect better with Alec and Harry's stories.
I received this as an ARC. I absolutely love this series. Bella Andre never disappoints in any of her books. This series starts with the San Francisco Sullivan's to the Seattle Sullivan's and now the New York Sullivan's. Every time I have a favorite Sullivan then it changes.
I think this was my favorite Sullivan couple since Sophie and Jake in I ONLY HAVE EYES FOR YOU. I love the brains-brawn romance, and datahead entrepreneur Suzanne is equally as awesome as librarian Sophie. A very fun, sexy romance. Highly recommend!
What made the experience of listening to Since I Fell for You the most enjoyable? Part of the reason that I enjoyed the second book of the New York Sullivans series so much was our narrator, Ms. Kaminsky. She has the perfect voice for those that want to be pulled into a story. She brings this branch of the Sullivans to life.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Since I Fell for You? The most memorable had to be when Suzanne told her brothers to lay off. As well as having Roman take a second look.
Which character – as performed by Eva Kaminsky – was your favorite? With this book it would have to be Suzaanne Sullivan. She may be what is considered a geek but she was learning what it really meant to be a woman. Ms. Kaminsky had a way of showing how Suzanne was vulnerable and a little unsure of herself - especially when it came to Roman Huson.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you? There wasn't one particular moment that moved me. I just enjoyed this book from beginning to end. From the time Suzanne gets mad at her brothers for overstepping boundaries, to a wedding, to when Suzanne and Roman give us what we want - especially to those of us that are true romantics.
Any additional comments? I continue to love having Ms. Kaminsky read me the story of the New York Sullivans. She has a way of getting me to relax and listen to what she's telling me. She even made shoveling snow a pleasure.
Ms. Andre has me wishing that I could be a family member of the Sullivans. I want to be there to watch this family celebrate a wedding. I want to be there to see Suzanne fight for the right to be a woman no matter what her brothers want. I want to be there when Roman doesn't know what's hit him where a certain woman is concerned. i love reading this author's work but if I have Ms. Kaminsky reading to me I may just let her continue making me enjoy my days. It's books like this that make me glad that I gave up the radio to listen to a book instead. I am thoroughly hooked.
I voluntarily reviewed an Audiobook copy of this book.
