WAS NOT EXPECTING THAT !!!
Wow just wow. A brilliant second book. Couldn’t put this book down.... as Kate (Shorty) and Ian (Animal) set about making their married life work with children, babies and animals, they are thrown into more pain and turmoil, with a few twists here and there. O and grab the tissues or a box, there’s quite a few feels in this book that will grab you when you’re not expecting it and knock you down. Was not expecting that type of ending, not going to spoil it but think there will be another brilliant Ellie Gerrard book in the making, and I can’t wait !!!

Not So Random - Ellie Gerrard
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Waiting for an author to deliver the follow up you’ve been craving can be frustrating, but Ellie Gerrard has delivered in spades.
Not So Random brings us so much emotion, tears and a heaping dose of intrigue.
Ellie’s characters, even the minor ones, have a pivotal role in creating the perfect setting for this touching and yes, at times, gut wrenching story of love, strength, hope and dedication.
Kate stands out as my favourite character for her will to overcome and I can’t help loving Ian’s character for just being everything Kate didn’t know she needed.
No spoilers but let’s just say, I was dared not to cry when reading the first book by a certain author *Ellie* and I completely caved so I read this book expecting tears and guess what...... there were tears!
So glad I found Ellie Gerrard and her stories and let’s not forget her awesome taste in cover models. The guys of the Random duet are smoking hot.
Get to reading the Random Duet. Immediately!

Left hand green, right foot yellow...
This book had me twisted harder than the game ever did!
Just when you thought Charlie had his aces lined up and the HEA sorted along comes psycho 1 and psycho 2 ...
Twist after twist, pain on pain, this story had that and more.
Did I mention the billions:
Animals
Dollars
Siblings
Tears
Memories
Loveable moments .... JESUS ELLIE
I highly recommend reading this right after book 1, preferably without a job, children or event close by!
By the way... about the author at the end of the book, she really does love seeing us cry!

the book was awesome and so so not what I was expecting and so it thru me and was like wait ?? what ?? no way ... this is not what I was expecting then i shouted at my tablet then read some more... then got up put the thing down went and got me something to drink (soda woman ) and some M&M's came back and read till 2 am EST then had to go to bed did not get to read again till the next night and was right back at wondering why ??/ what posessed you to be such a writer to be so evil yet so ..so .. ohhhhh what's the word I am looking for uggggggggg so devastatingly so GREAT at what you do ... you draw a reader in and slap em around like a paddle ball on a string attached to a paddle board laughing the whole blasted time ... and yet .. WE as your Faithful readers LOVE YA for the emotional rollercoaster springboard you make us go thru... YA BEAUTIFUL EVIL QUEEN

OMG! This book has so much packed into it. Ellie really likes to play with the emotions and heart strings.(yes tissues will be required briefly)
Absolutely action packed, at one point you thought she had killed everybody off...But no spoilers..
Kate is one Hard Ass woman and the hero till the end.
But Crazy Amy is still lurking, I feel there will be more to come.

Freaking awesome
Ellie you're wrecked me...I laughed out loud...I cried my eyes out people looked strange at me but I couldn't care less. Woman you are not sane wen when you write a book the first one gave me a book hangover for a day but this one ....I had to recover for 3 hole days I had a really 3 days hangover....so believe me you need a view things wen you read BOTH (yes there are 2) the Randoms 1 you need tissues (because you will cry) 2 you need coffee (because you can not put the book down) 3 you need wine (because you need to get over both the books) and 4 you need time to recover from your book hangover.... so now go ahead and go read both of the Randoms .......

What a follow up!
After the first book in this series I wasn't sure I wanted a second book. I was happy with where things were. This book took me on another rollercoaster ride. Again I was ready for the story to be over but it looks like it's not.......
