I read Better Than Before. The information was there but it was almost too anecdotal. As the cover says, this is what Gretchen Rubin learned so everything is from her perspective. I was looking for something a little more objective.

I'm reading all of Rubin's books bc I like her approach. But Better Than Before is eclipsed by her others. I rec The Four Tendencies higher bc insights so helpful.
