Insightful.!

Never knew so much about Sugar and more importantly about it's significance with respect to our Indian Culture..
There isn't any doubt that eating sugar in normal proportions and cutting on all packaged and processed food has the best effect.
Time to revisit old traditional recipies..

Superb read

beats the myths around sugar making us aware where we are heading too. good examples and studies to show how sugar is good. brought me back yo the roots. thanku Rujuta for the lovely book.
