An enlightening exploration into the theme of time; a concept hard to define and easily misunderstood. I particularly enjoyed Nigel Warburton's piece on 'How much time do I have left?' because it effectively highlighted the differences in how individuals perceive time differently, a personal theory I have always obtained.
A key takeaway I had from this issue is the realisation that; defining what exactly time is, is still a topic of large debate. Physicists are quite unsure what time is and how it works, just as we are still at a loss to what happens on the other side of a black hole. However, we can theorize and debate the uncertainties; which is exactly what this publication is successful in. Perhaps in the future we will have more clear answers on what time is and what it means to us, just like we now have many more answers to the questions of medicine that we previously did not.
There was a lot of perspective to be gained in comparing the wisdom of some of the greatest philosophers and their take on time. From this, I have found a vast list of continued reading on the topic to come.
