I loved reading this book. Although written long before my generation, most topics touched on in this book still reign true today. Taking a step back in time to see what was considered the "Keys to Happiness" before, & then comparing them to modern day made me realize - a lot has changed around us, but the simple facts remain the same. It was amazing how each time I happened to pick this up, I would come across a chapter that related to something I personally needed to hear, or had even thought about that same afternoon. This certainly solidified my love for reading books from the past for insights into life itself.

A lovely anthology yet clearly a product of 1955.

This is the perfect book to open up when you can only squeeze a few minutes in here and there. Personally, I had kept it in my car the past few years as my ‘car book’. I’m thankful I picked it up (and held onto it) from an estate sale years back when I had been more actively involved.
