The story starts out well but only the first 3 chapters are completed. All the rest are just outlines. There is part of a story at the end of the book but it doesn't make sense.
Brady is a ranger who ends up getting shot in the back. After that, he decides to go back to his family's homestead to take up ranching. However, after his first night there, he had a a strange noise coming from the porch. That's when he finds "Shorty". Molly hasn't heard from Brady in three years. She's so angry with him and then she sees him with a baby and thinks he's married. Luckily, Brady's mom has come to help with the baby and she gets Molly to talk to Brady so he can explain the circumstances of ending up with "Shorty". This is a very enjoyable read. I'm sad that this is the last book in the series because they were all a joy to read.
I enjoyed reading this sweet book. I thought the storyline was written very well with a sweet romance and a little mystery, which I enjoy in Carra Copelin' books. The characters good and bad, played their parts well and I loved baby Marshall, so adorable. All the books in this series were written by different authors and I recommend each one. JudyE
Imagine how surprised Brady, coming home to recover from an injury, is when he discovers a baby abandoned at his house. The reason behind this becomes apparent. I liked how the author handled that. It was fun seeing the confusion experienced by the woman he came home to marry. Fun plot with some action. A good read.
This is a sweet short love story snd was written by Carra Copeland. Brady had been wounded in Texas Rangers and was going back home. He discovered a basket with an infant boy left on his front porch. Molly had been the love he left behind before the Rangers. You will enjoy discovering how Brady and Molly find their happily ever after along with Shorty.
The love story of Brady and Molly. Brady return home to Sugar Spring, Texas. The first night someone put a baby on his doorstep. When he and the sheriff find the parents, they are both dead. Now he has a baby to raise. Miriam lot has love Brady since she was four, now he is back. Will she finally marry Brady? Great story.
It's cute but really needs some editing. Slang is fine for spoken phrases but when telling the story it needs to be clear what's going on. There are also some confusing parts where I felt the story was being rushed. Could be much better with minimal effort.
Brady- texas ranger returns home to fix up the ranch while he heals Molly- taking care of her dad with her heart still on Brady . I enjoyed reading this intriguing story that is well written with Outlaws and a surprise baby. Their story has a loving HEA!
The story was clean and interesting. I felt like the author could have drawn out descriptions a bit better. The transitions were pretty choppy between introductions, internal and external conflict and the end. It was well edited though.
Molly and Brady have known each other since she was 4 years old . When he left to be a Texas Ranger she planned to wait for him. A lot of miscommunication made it so it didn't look like they'd marry. This is a fun and quick read!
I just finished Brady and it was the worst book ever most of the chapters were just outlines and I think a 3 rd grader could have written a better book its like you had no plot and didnt care enough to do your best ...,....
I really enjoyed reading this story. Delightful characters and an interesting plot. Carta Copelin is a new author to me. I look forward to reading more of her books!
Quick reading story involving a Texas Ranger, Brady, his neighbor and childhood friend/sweetheart, Molly, and Shorty/Marshall, a delightful foundling. This was a sweet fun book and I enjoyed it.
