Poco onorevole, come strategia?

#RealTalk: This story was way better in the OTT department than Biker Babe. Don’t get me wrong, we went fast and furious with this one as well, but it was better, for me. I didn’t feel like I was reading a story full of shock value. So, props for that to the author!

The story of Shane and Anya pulled all the #feels from me. Maybe it was mood at the time lol who knows, but I believed in their insta-attraction from the start. I enjoyed the dynamics of the story. It's a quick read, just like Biker Babe, but I didn't find it lacking. I wasn't a huge fan of the fist book in this series, but I'm actually coming around and I'm looking forward to reading more :)

Sidenote: There's nothing in this book or its predecessor to categorize it as an MC romance. The stories happen to be about people who happen to belong to a motorcycle club, but their stories/journeys have really nothing to do with the club itself. And, I'm only stating this because I've seen too many reviews calling this an MC romance series and that's not entirely factual.

Biker Beloved by Audrey Carlan is the second book in the fun series called Biker Beauties. Each book focuses on a different couple with one of them being a member of the Pride. However, the stories are stand alone and do not focus on the motorcycle club but only on specific members. The book is short - a novella and I enjoyed the quick read.

Whip was in the service, in Afghanistan when he finds out he is a father of a new baby daughter. As soon as he came home, he focused his world on his daughter and made his life work about her world. It was when she started ballet that he met Anya, the beautiful ballet teacher of his daughter. Whip was all in - it was just a matter for Anya to accept that they need to be with each other and they loved each other.

I like the closeness of the people of this MC. I liked that the group was all in for each other, but in the positive ways they moved in the town and with their family. Biker Beloved was a short, fast, HOT read.

Much much better than the first.

Anya was a ballerina that leaves the stage and teaches young dancers after an injury ends her career. While teaching a cute little ballerina, Shayna - she meets Shaynas family - the entire MC but most of all her sexy dad Shane.

Book is full of heat Not a lot of drama but the story and romance was good. Liked the characters so much more than the first book.

This was a very boring read by an author I usually enjoy 😏😏😏😏.

I did not take to Anya, maybe if we where given more to her story than we got I might have liked her more.

I found her to be very bland.

This story moved way to quick to the I LOVE YOU stage and Anya giving in to Whip because he was cute was a bit lame.

Ca me donne clairement envie de vomir.

Shane sure is appreciative of his woman's reactions, “Bella, you kiss me like that every time we ride, and you’ll never ride in my truck.” Shane is quite honest with his woman, "...hence the reason I see your name and my ***k goes hard. Now, what are you going to do about it?” I growled," I loved this book, and I cant wait for more in the series.

Whip's story. I really liked Anya and feel like there was so much more to her story. Again, it moved way too fast for me. The way the ex showed up and then disappeared felt too easy. I don't think I'll be continuing with this series.

The week I started to read this book had been hell. I've been working nonstop for a couple of days and I was tired as hell but nothing could prevent me from reading this book.
Wanna know why?
Because this author is one of my favorites and now she's writing MC books. Did you hear?? MC... My favorite...
Audrey Carlan is the bomb. Not only can she write some hot stuff but she can also put your heart racing and you into tears. Her writing is appealing and intense.
Just grab her books and see for yourself.
Biker Beloved is her latest release and it's the second book from the Biker Beauties series.
This new book explores the lives of Shane and Anya.
Shane always wanted to be in the military. He was the best and wanted nothing more than to serve his country. But the day he found out he had a daughter his goal in life changed. Getting gas to be in his daughters' life was his goal so he left the military behind. Now his days are spent raising his daughter and keeping his club safe.
Anya was the prima ballerina until an injury forced her to retire. Now, she filled her days teaching ballet and contemporary to kids. She loved it with a passion and it was rewarding to see her "children " dancing but every time her knee hurts it reminded her of what she had lost.
Sweet, intense and breathtaking... These are the words that popped up in my mind once "The End" appeared on my tablet.
It was another amazing book that stole my heart.
Perfect plot, very well written, super engaging and beautiful. It was one story that ruined my heart, in the best possible way.
It was intense, it had an amazing message to everyone. It showed us that love will find you because everyone deserves a happy ending.
It was amazing getting to keep having glimpses from the other characters and I can't wait for what's about to come.
Audrey... Oh, my dear, you nailed it again. This series is holding my heart hostage...I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Biker Beloved

Book 2 of the Biker Beauties Series is Shane “Whip” & Anya’s story and it’s a story of revelations. First, we find out that Shane, Who in the first book was very abrasive and violent towards Rex, was only doing so because he was protective of his sister. In reality, even though he is a biker, he’s a very sweet, very sensitive, honest, loving, man who is just trying to raise his daughter the best way he knows how. He loves his family and he all he wants in his life is a good woman to help him raise his daughter and one who will fit into his life in that way. Secondly, we find out just how small the circles we run in can be! That even though 2 people haven’t met yet, it’s totally possible that their friends and family have and know each other well!! Thirdly, I love that Audrey is bringing to light that not all bikers are lawbreaking outlaws hell bent on destroying societies norms!! My husband, who also happens to be named Shane, was a biker when I first met him. It was something him and his father did together! One of the first rides I went on with him was an 8 hour charity ride called Rumble to the Summit which benefits Make a Wish Foundation! Hardly the act of an outlaw!! Anyway, I am completely in love with this series so far and am tearing through these books quicker than I can post my reviews on Instagram!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Biker Beauties 1-4 via Hoopla Audio- not listed in Goodreads.

Not her best writing, but I enjoyed the series after I overlooked the insta-love factors. At least the insta-want was for forever, not just hook-ups. I did enjoy that every H (hot hero biker) was 100% devoted, and made it clear in words and deeds that it would be a lifetime commitment.

I had passed over this series for years, thinking it would be stupid women jumping form biker to biker and lots of girl drama. It's not that at all. The women are smart, loyal, caring, and exceptional in their way. The club girls are just peripheral characters in this series. Only one is developed at all, and she's the source of trouble for the club. All the developed characters become committed couples, which make predictable, but enjoyable outcomes. The 'big family' aspects of MC life are here, and they have a couple of twists in their traditions that I haven't encountered before. I thought of Kristen Ashley's MC world multiple times during this series. That's a compliment to both. Elements in the 4th book made me think of Lani Lynn Vale's MC world, also a compliment to both.

This series is only 4 books and all are short, which explains the accelerated storyline. MC series are hard to find, so I enjoy them when I can. I wish she had developed this into a larger series.

This review added to each book.

Audrey Carlan wrote one of my favorite tropes...single dad! I may have screamed like I won the lotto! Which I basically did because this book is downright fantastic! Shane and Anya had me totally obsessed with them from beginning to end. Shane’s precious daughter, Shayna, stole my heart and I wish she was my little girl. Her joy and light are infectious and I absolutely love how cherished Anya made her feel. They formed this unbreakable bond and it was beautiful to watch.
How Shane is with his daughter will make you swoon and want to give him tons of babies. He is sexy, sweet, and military freakin hot - the total package. The way Shane encourages Anya to love herself and live life to the fullest will make your heart burst with joy and admiration.
The transformation that Anya goes through will really resonate with readers because we all feel like we aren’t good enough or failed ourselves or our parents at some point in our life. Audrey Carlan should have wrote a biker series years ago because this story will leave you breathless and ready to pounce in more ways than one because it is mesmerizing and forest fire hot!!!
