I really enjoyed this book. It has short chapters on a variety of health, wellbeing and productivity topics. A considerable amount of the content was known to me but I liked how the authors approached them and I'm a big believer that repetition can be valuable and a useful reminder.
Simplistic view on life - their other book was a lot better. Some parts were valid but other parts just seemed based on the personal agendas of the authors.
Great Book 5/5 Easy to read format, simple concepts and refreshing writing style. Book pages are quite pretty, coloured and with nice quotes. Concise strategies. (Similar books Shine and Restore)
This book had great points and idea's but it didn't bring me into the story and gave me ideas that were simple. A good starter for people looking for life improvements.
There are lots of good nuggets in here. Its a short read that compiles a bunch of advice that you'll find covered in far greater depth elsewhere. This is good as a refresher, and could be used to dip into at different times and then go find other sources if you need more guidance.
