This is only recommended for the ultimate WWII nerd - 500 pages pages some pretty dry figures and discussion about tables of organization and additions of 1 officer and 5 enlisted men to this unit or the substitution of self-propelled for towed guns in another. It took awhile to get through this. Overall, I would say incredibly well researched and mildly interesting but not worth the time.

Quite a dry book, but it is absolutely essential for understanding the US Army in WWII.
