I enjoyed this board book a lot. It is short, but really interactive. My mom puts her finger in the hole and plays out different sporting events in a finger sports competition.
It may not be obvious because the instructions are on the back, but the readers should decorate their finger(s) with a face before reading the book.
As a new one year old, I loved watching my mom wiggle her fingers on each page. Sometimes she’d even use the circle square triangle page to be silly and use all five fingers!
For the last page, I put my finger in the hole, too! So fun!
The only disappointing thing about this book is that the fingers were all the same color when human fingers actually come in a lot of different colors!
We've just got to the stage when my son (2 years old) can now use his own fingers and have all the fun. It's a book that keeps on giving like so many others by Tullet.
