I really tried to give this one a chance, but it just wasn’t doing it for me. The premise and the bare bones of the story are great, and I was looking forward to a dystopian horror romance. The beginning of the book grabbed me instantly and I settled in to enjoy once we got past the first chapter.
Unfortunately, the writing isn’t the best. There are grammatical errors throughout the pages. The writing needs work. There are moments between scenes where the transition is confusing too. Some issues with paragraph formatting as well.
Billie is supposed to be this badass ex-special forces woman, but she makes dumbass decisions and then has extremely immature moments that just made me roll my eyes up to the ceiling in irritation. The development between the characters is very sudden, there’s no build up at all which was pretty unrealistic to me.
All in all, I’m disappointed and let down. This would be a really great read if some of these things were fixed.

Yes!
Finally a book that gave me what I wanted. This was exciting from first page didn't drag out the details of her live. Gave me enough mystery without making me feel like it was being dragged out of a dying corpse.
Creatures that weren't all zombie like ( we had women zombie ..men creatures. Very interesting where that's going) creature that were men but now lizard like and some new kind appearing. This was fast paced and didn't bog down into inner thoughts . Also did it get bogged down into sex all the time. She is coming into her own and upon meeting " Beast" she is being triggered to become something to fight all the corruption and protect the innocent.
I am so looking forward to next book!

New take on the apocalypse!
I really enjoyed this new book by this author! I have been looking forward to this release!!
It a bread new take on the apocalypse. I have never read anything like it before! The storyline and the new world in this book was amazing!! I can’t wait to get to know the characters more in book 2!! And after this ending i need book 2!

No, No, No, it can't end like that. That cliffhanger though...OMG!😱
This is my first story by A.P. Foote and I was left wanting more. This story takes place in an apocalyptic world that kind of reminded me of a weird mix of the games Bioshock and The Last of Us. I enjoy apocalyptic stories like this and then add reverse Harem, equals perfection. I didn't expect all of the twist and turns.

Firstly, I SERIOUSLY LOVE this!!
I wish you could see the main lead and her guys bond form more because its kind of like this "fated mate quick" situation and that's not what this book is about. You only get to see the one characters and main leads bonding moments. I can't wait to read more though

Amazing
Twists and turns that you don’t see coming. A nice take on an apocalyptic world. I couldn’t set it down. The characters are just yum! And the ending oh my gosh be ready to scream!

Omg.
I'm a huge apocalypse fan. This book was freaking awesome. I read it in about 4 hours.. That cliff hanger had me yelling at the author. I'm loving what she has done with the Story. I need more ASAP!!! I NEED MORE BILL. I NEED MORE BEAST.

Wow
So I don’t usually read apocalypse type of books but this book might of changed my mind. I choose this book cause I love the authors books even though I don’t usually read this type and the author didn’t let me down. Such a unique take with a badass FMC and loveable/hateable guys. Great twist and turns, didn’t expect them. Great book.

Wow. Loved it.
This was an amazing start. So interesting and that ending was soo intense I can’t wait for the next book. This will prob be my favorite from this author because zombies and Rh just go together and the writing is great.

Pretty good, more plot than romance/character development. Very kind of generic mutant post apocalyptic world which isn't really explained. It just feels unfinished like a draft needs more development.

I tried. Gor about 60 % but I just couldn't make heads or tails of this one. There was so much that just didn't make sense with this book. Seemed spastic and honestly more like a rough draft than a finished product. Definitely could do with some content editing.
