The Assassination of Barbara O'Neill

Rate this book
How could a 66-year-old grandmother, who gave her life to helping people with their health, become the subject of a malicious smear campaign which resulted in her being classified as a serious threat to public health in Australia? In the absence of a single case of actual harm, the Health Care Complaints Commission of New South Wales (HCCC) theorised potential harm could arise if people followed Barbara's health advice. This book exposes the hypocrisy of the organisation Friends of Science in Medicine who act as "friends of science", but are in reality pharmaceutical apologists and the "Enemies of Truth in Medical Science". Barbara became collateral damage in the war on any dissent from mainstream medical dogma.

This kind of shutting down is happening now in the United States. It’s an important read for anyone that wants to see the power of Big Pharma !

Love Barbara!

I enjoy Barbara's teaching and the techniques she has learned. I have used a few things to start off with and add more as time goes by. Thank you Barbara for all you do and following God's heart.

This short book (less than 50 pages) is written by Barbara O'Neill's husband. It gives background biographical information about Barbara. It tells how she became the Barbara we all know and love from her lectures. It also tells how she got banned in Australia from ever teaching there again, even though there wasn't a single client complaint against her. She left Australia and taught abroad instead. When a door is closed, God opens another. She now reaches more people thanks to her online lectures than she ever would have had she only stayed in Australia and taught at Misty Mountain. The truth can't be stopped!

After reading this, I think someone ought to make a movie about her life. She encountered much adversity from her abusive first husband, and from the government regarding her naturopathic career.

This book is also available on Audible. Barbara's husband narrates it. It's not a polished reading... he sometimes hesitates and even mispronounces medical terms, and you can hear him turning the pages. But I was still glad to have an audiobook version of it. I hope they will make audiobooks of Barbara's other books.

Must read for anyone into natural healing! This is such a frustrating story! Barbara deserved so much better from her home land! Here is to hoping she has found happiness elsewhere!

"...the government, supposedly untainted by motives other than citizens' best interests, will decide what is best."

"The media, in their eagerness to produce another sensational story, have ignored truth and facts to produce and work of fiction devised from snippets of truth taken out of context. They arrive at whatever conclusion they want..."

"It is also discouraging to realize that a government department  cannot be relied on to have an unbiased position when it us the decider in matters."

"There are dark days ahead of Australia and its citizens as big money gains control of medicine and we become deprived of medical choice."

"I have come to learn that there are political things happening behind the scenes that decide who or what is to be elevated and who is to be denigrated."

Important Health Information

This book supports the ability of our bodies to heal when given the right foods, lifestyle and mental support. It also depicts the power of the medicine for profit industry to use government agencies to suppress effective healing. I believed this is true in the United States, and learned that is a problem in Australia as well.
