This was a very enjoyable little in between piece and I really enjoyed the exposition that was explored. I liked getting a quick glimmer into the way that district 12 was handling the shock of there tributes making it past the cornucopia let alone being eligible for the new rule change allowing two victors.

I especially enjoy them exploring Gales reaction to Katniss showing outward affection towards Peeta. As well as showing how Peeta’s family who are generally perceived as distant and cold each as sharing in the pain and aguish of Peeta having to go through the games.

Overall, a very well written fast passed story which I greatly enjoyed!

nice to have many pov but it being the third of the same events it’s not really as enjoyable as haymitchs and kinda useless. but still a nice read

I no longer rate fanfiction beyond did I enjoy it enough to reread it, and for this book/series it's a definite yes!
