I think this book is published in the right time. It come during pandemic when we spend almost our days and night with our gadget and internet. When we feel bored staying at home but we can’t leave our house and the only things that can amuse us is our phone yet every day social media feed us with negativity. Hateful comment, bad news, stressful post updates, bullying and debate, of course it will impact our mental health. Maybe this book will give you refreshment among this stressful life.
