A sci-fi romance of friends to more. Eden is a biologist and is on the hunt for a specific reptile. She does this to find endangered animals and bring to a safer location where they won’t be hunted and killed. But will hopefully find a mate and help increase the population of their species. At her side is Blaze, an Apexian Warrior that would lay down his life to protect her. The story shows the depth and sometimes lack of depth in their relationship as friends. They both are hiding secrets. But doing their job always comes first. There will be plenty of space fighting, adventure, pain but also romance. Can’t wait to read more of this series.

I really enjoyed the first two books, but this one not so much. I had been anticipating Eden and Blaze's story, but I was left I little disappointed as I expected more. 3 stars are for action and the ending of the story during the video-call with Blaze's family, which was fun. I felt that this story really dragged on and on, repeating again and again how much Blaze wanted her and how much she wanted him but was afraid to admit it. I think that this book had potential but it wasn't developed very well and thought of.

Life Match
Blaize and Eden were so good together but I really couldn’t stand the way he internalized his decision about her or his family. It was a no brainer if he would have just told his parents the truth. I loved the action scenes and the world building. The job that the Apocalypse does really intrigues me.

Excellent!
This 3book series has been very good but this third one has excelled. If this had been a movie it would have kept me on the edge of my seat! Can't wait for more!
