This is an awesome book for those of us who find ourselves struggling through times in transition. Life is a cycle; never reaching the goal and being done, but continuing to redefine our goals and reevaluate ourselves. Loved it!

This small, modest book is written with clarity and good humor. Most people will recognize themselves in Papineau's descriptions of spiritual/psychological transitions and development. Helpful for putting into perspective those 'growing pains' we encounter as we move into a new stage of life.
