It's another first-hand account (along the lines of System Failure and No Diploma Left Behind) that discusses administration's addiction of wasteful spending of taxpayer dollars. This is not a feel-good book about how everything is great with the educational system because of the near-perfect graduation rates that administration brags about that are nothing more than acts of legerdemain. Paradigm Shi*ted sheds more light on the tactics that revolving-door administrations use to pull the wool over the eyes of the public when it comes to what really happens in the confines of an inner-city school district.
