this book is so helpful. This book is like a self help book but without all the condescending BS. It actually helps you through the idea of becoming your best self and following your goals no matter what your walk of life is. It is very empowering and inclusive. I love it and have bought it for others and recommended it to many. A very easy read. I would say it is a "must have" for doers, and it is also interactive.

Definitely worth reading yearly. The author gives it to you straight up. It’s interactive in helping you write out your goals while you read and helping you understand why setting goals may not have worked in the past.
