Simple
Simple clean storyline spoilt by bad grammar and coupled with bad research...the Thames is not in France. Written in both 1st and 3rd peers in, it can become confusing. Not sure if the author is English speaking and confused or if translation got in the way...a good editor should have picked up on the errors
