I loved this story of Trace and Emery. All it took was one stumble and they were both falling head over heals for each other. Trace knew she was his girl and would do anything and everything to protect her. Now I can’t wait for Kian and Reid’s story!!

Book 2 in the Silver Springs series brings the story of Trace and Emery. We first met Trace as the H's best friend and deputy in book 1. He deserved his happy and boy did he get it. Great story and characters. Can't wait for the next in the series.

We meet Trace in 'Brek's Obsession'. He is the h's  brothers in that book. After being attacked on a family vacation and fleeing to get help, Trace will spend a good portion of his life suffering from past and present trauma, while also searching for his sister. When he finally finds her things start to look up for him and he starts to come out of his shell a little.
Emery needs to take a break from her life. She has a stalker that won't leave her alone, so when her grandma is injured in a break-in she sees it as an opportunity to not only be there for her grandma, but to try to figure out her next move. When Emery literally falls into Trace's lap he knows that things are finally looking up for him and he is determined to show Emery just what she means to him while protecting her from someone that wants her for his own.
I am so happy for Trace. I felt so lost and sad with him through his journey and when he finds his sister and a second family as well i couldn't help but cheer for him. Finding Emery was just the icing on top. Those two know how to steam up the pages and Rachelle Stevensen did a great job bringing them to life. This is a completely 100% safe read, dual virgins, no cheating, no OW drama/ slight OM drama with stalker.

Trace (Sienna’s brother) has had a harsh life, watched both his parents get murdered in front of him, trying to save his sister he goes for help but gets lost and passes out from blood loss. Found by two people who needed a family look cover, they were drug dealers that abused him. At 18 he was finally able to leave and turned them into the police. He himself joins the police academy and befriends Brek and joins him in their small town as a deputy. Emery has a stalker that is very deranged. To escape him she goes to live with her grandmother, who was injured in the home invasions from Brek & Sienna’s book. On her first day she literally falls into Trace’s arms, knowing she is the one, Trace asks her out and she accepts. Their courtship is super sweet, their sexy times hot. Her brothers who are both police officers are super protective, and never let her date, but they like Trace because he is just as protective. They were smart and tell Trace all about her stalker. Even with all their protection, Emery gets taken by the stalker. Lots of drama, kidnapping, two bombs, and a daring rescue by her brother Reid, who is injured pretty bad. A wedding and epilogue with a baby on the way.

Another sweet and steamy story comes from Silver Spring!! Rachelle Stevensen this time gives us the beautiful story of Trace and Emery. Two amazing characters. Trace has had a hard past full of tragic and pain, after the event that changed his life, now years later he has finally found his sister, now married to his best friend Brek. So, it is Trace’s turn to get his happily ever after…if there is meant to be one for him. Emery is moving to town to take car of her grandmother, she wants to escape her past, her creepy stalker and start over. The first day of moving, she literally fell in the arms of Trace, changing her future but things are never that easy…

I always love it when Rachelle Stevensen puts out a new book because I know I'm going to enjoy it. And I did. Trace and Emery's story was beautifully written. It has all the elements of a romance and I read it in one setting! Who is after Emery? And what does he want with her? The story kept me turning the pages until the very end. Great story and now I want the next one!! Some of those other characters need their stories told! *wink-wink*

Love at first sight between Emery and Trace... they fell head over heels in love and nothing could stop them. The stalker story was great and the brothers were genuinely sweet and crazy as well😍😍😍🙈🙈🙈 I hope they get their story as well🥰🥰🥰

Everything about Rachelle’s Stevensen’s dive into contemporary has been great and this book did not disappoint!!! Emery was so fiesty and did not let her overprotective brothers stop her from falling in love. And wow Trace was just so caring and sweet it made me swoon. Highly recommend!
