You get into this book with her not being able to speak. She runs around trying to get someone to back her story about the coach that tried to kill her. Then she goes to her boyfriend and finally find her voice and the book abruptly ends. I was like huh?
Sorry but spoilers ahead. At first I was really into this story but the “ heroin“ seems to be written as a... IDK. For example she finds her boyfriend flirting with another girl AND her sitting in his lap at a party he DIDNT invite her too and she apologizes to him because he got mad when other guys were flirting with her. Then she’s raped and to “spare” his feeling she keeps it to herself. Self deprecating that’s what she is. She lets ppl push her around and hopes her BF will rescue her instead of helping her self or even explaining what is happening, or demand answers from her BF and make him accountable for his actions. It’s all Warwick messed up and hurt my feeling but he loves me so I’m going to forgive him.... yeah sorry but I like my heroines to have at least a little backbone.

Love these characters and story! I cannot wait for more! So amazingly good that I can't stop reading until the end, but am anxious to get the next part of the story... love War and how strong and alpha he is. Great writing and everything. Please hurry with the next book!!! Perfection.
A great start to part 2 of a series. It's always something chaotic in each story that has me on the edge of my seat. Rushing to read the next one like always. Ryan likes to end books with a cliffhanger that has you wanting more.
