I have enjoyed being able to read the books all together. Ruby and Bee are traveling in their food truck and seem to find mystery and intrigue wherever they go. A fun culinary series that any cozy reader will enjoy.
I typically only read books that aren't just one story and prefer to buy a whole series at one time. I really enjoy getting to feel like I get to know the characters in each series of books. When I saw this 10-book series, I didn't bother looking to see if there were more than these 10 and was SO glad to find that there are more than 30 books in the whole series. I really enjoyed reading these first 10, and learning about each main character. I am anxious to read the next set of books!! I would have given these first 10 books a 5 rating, but there are several grammatical errors. I'm sure every author makes mistakes and I find several in every cozy mystery book I read. I don't let that keep me from reading more!
The books started out well but did not give much background on Bee or Ruby. As the books went on the two novice investigators became more and more zany. And slowly you learned a little of their background. I would have loved to see Ruby's ex get his nose rubbed in her new life and boyfriend. The worst part was starting around book 3-4 through the final book there were spell check errors, (w)ant, the type to jar you from your zone.
I enjoyed reading all of these Cozy mysteries! I can’t wait to follow Bee and Ruby as they continue their travel adventures and solve mysteries sometimes even getting in some trouble along the way! I also can’t wait to see if Ruby finds love with her budding romance with “Detective Handsome.”
Ten cute stories about Bee and Ruby, two ladies who decided to take their bakery Ron wheels to small towns across the region and stay a while in each town to get a feel for the place.
Murder seems to happen wherever they go and they put their heads together to solve each one. Cute settings and stories if you can suspend belief that two bakers could come across that many murders.
I really enjoyed these books, they are brilliant, the stories are really well written and enjoyable to read I would recommend these stories to anyone who enjoys cosy mystery stories
Enjoyed the storylines and was okay with the characters. Two friends always seem to find themselves involved in murders. I like that the first 10 books come in a boxed set.
I enjoyed this series begining to end. These women were great to travel with. Sometimes smart. Some times fun. Some times lucky. Wonderful, funny, easy, and enjoyable read.
I liked this series. It has good characters and plots, and is quite engaging. I am so glad that the box set was available for a good price otherwise I would have blown my book budget buying them all.
I enjoyed the characters being consistent. The mysteries were not straightforward so it required some thought to figure them out. I call this series an Easy to Read series. IyT was pleasant without fear Most Enjoyable!!
A mystery series starting with a mystery, unsolved.
WHAT HAPPENED TO DANIEL?In this 1st set of books by Rosie Point, you do not discover what happened to the first missing fiancee'. Just as well the books are intriguing enough to keep you hoping Ruby finds Daniel.
I love reading about ordinary women helping solve murders! These 2 ladies run a food truck and still find time to help the police (without their knowledge or the police not wanting help). I just wish we could have longer and more stories as these books are favorites.
This is kind of difficult to write. These were not books or novels but a series of short stories. Did I like them? Wwlell I read them all so I did get some enjoyment from them. Just wish they could have been "deeper" .
I spent a week reading all 10 of these books. And I loved it! Each one has quirky characters a good plot and lots of laugh-out-loud moments! And kept me guessing right to the end! Only problem with them? I have been craving cupcakes all week!
I highly recommend this book set!!! The stories keep you interested and you will grow to live the main heroines, Bee and Ruby!!!! Now, on to Books 11 - 20!!!!
Another good anthology of mystery and mayhem. Ruby and Bee find murder everywhere they go and as a former police woman and investigative reporter, they are both drawn in to try to solve the mysteries.
I really enjoy the main characters. Cheeky, inquisitive, fun woman who bake like angels. My only complaint is they didn't add recipes for all their yummy baked goods. Every book had me drooling.
Wow you know how to keep it going from the first to the ten I didn't want to stop reading them, please keep them coming. Thanks for sharing this with me.
