The third edition has been expanded and reorganised to focus on the structure and process aspects of software design, including architectural issues, as well as design notations and models. DNF; was looking for a book that'd run me through different software design techniques and patterns, however this one reads too academic and over halfway in, it still didn't feel like I'm getting anything practical out of it
