Sri Dharma Mittra is referred to as the Master of poses in yoga. He is a Master yoga teacher and his book holds a precedent that one would expect a guru's book should have. In his book which really unfolds like a personal yoga teacher training manual, he displays step by step the yoga sutras and other esoteric modalities of yoga that may be still unknown to the western world. Sri Dharma Mittra is a legend among yogis, and has lived the life to prove it. This book is a fascinating glimpse into his yoga teachings, this book is definitely a rare find
