Awwwww literally Lars & Reg just melted my heart. These two characters are just the sweetest. They spend the majority of the beginning of this book dancing around each other and their feelings for one another. Mainly because Lars has a hard time trusting and forgiving himself after what had happened to him in Calluna's book. You cant help but like him & Reg and want them to get their HEA ending. A sweet and very steamy read with lovely characters. A great read

3.5 stars. A nice change. Silver springs but a monogamous m/m couple this time. Lars, Calluna’s best friend and Reggie, the bouncer for Vee. Nice to see the other characters from previous books are still going strong and a teaser into Silver skates. The two made a sweet couple and I liked the whole bear and vamp thing. Bit too much flight for my liking.

Wow what a story!! One of hope, dispear, friendship and love. A sweet silversprings fated mates story that involves the whole gang. Really enjoyed this MM fated mates love story.

If you enjoy reading about Silver Springs and their characters, then you love this novella about Larson and Reginald. Well you have read about Lars and what happened to him. Lars is a bear shifter and he is trying to move on and figure out how to cope with what he has done. Reggie notices the change in Lars and wants to help him. However, there was a little push by fate for these two. The struggle for love is hard. Lars is dealing with some issues but can Reggie break through to his heart. People see Reggie as the one to help the damage. Now it is a matter of trying to get Lars to see that it is more, much more. Can Reggie's love shone through the darkness of Lars? I gotta say that you need to read this and you will love it.

I’m so glad that Lars and Reg got their story! I don’t think I’ve ever read a pure MM book, just MM within a harem, but Jewels sure knows how to write sizzling chemistry between the men and keep you invested within their lives and issues. You should really read the previous books Rose, Rose: Feelin’ Thorny, and Calluna before you dive into this so you fully understand what has happened in both of these characters lives.
Recently, Lars just went through something extremely traumatic and hasn’t been himself lately. He’s dejected, moody, and did a complete 360 on who he used to be: sassy and upbeat with a player attitude. Reg has watched his family and friends get their happy endings, but he keeps secretly longing for his. He hurts for those he cares about and wants to help them. When he’s in, he’s all in and will literally do anything for the one he loves.
A little mishap and fate brings these two together on a heartbreaking journey of self acceptance, forgiveness, and love. This story didn’t feel forced or rushed, it flowed nicely and realistically. I wish their story was longer than a novella, but I look forward to seeing cameos of Jewels’ characters in Eirwen!

Grab your tissues ladies and gents!
This book was a bloody whirlwind of emotions! Yes I freakin cried. Yes this book was amazing and epic and it should be illegal because of how good this is. Yes I love it a ton and I’m hoping there’s a another book for this because this was pure GOLD! I wish I could rate this 50 stars instead of just 5 measly stars but I got to work with what I’m given lol.

We're slowly warming up for the third season of Silver Springs Library (that hilariously will take place at an ice rink) and although we had to wait for a little while for this book to be released I can already tell you that it's worth waiting for and pre-ordering, if you didn't do that yet. If you've been following me you know that the Silver Springs books have helped me during the lockdowns and times of isolation. The release of this book is timed perfectly too. In the midst of a new lockdown.
The true stars of this book are the two main characters. What I really liked is that both those men are very clearly Alpha men. They are strong and fierce and they are used to dominate and lead. All too often you have a cute boy with a strong man, but here they're really matched. They can yell at each other, they can fight with each other and there's not one of them very much stronger than the other. (Although one is immortal and the other is not, details...)
And that also means that the plot goes a little darker and most of all a little more violent than we're used to in this series. For understandable reasons (although it's totally not okay to behave this way) those guys punch (sometimes each other and sometimes others) and they very clearly act before they think. I have to admit that I wouldn't have enjoyed it when there was a power dis-balance in the relationship, but in this case it works quite well. Because the other can fight back and can say something about it.
However, it's not just alpha maleness and fistfights (I wouldn't have loved that). Especially Lars has a really emotional and heartbreaking storyline and watching his struggles and watching him doubt himself and everyone around him is also very touching. This is also a story about a broken male who has to learn that he's not broken and a tough man who learns that truly loving someone means not being selfish. And both of them therefore have a beautiful story arc that's intense, but also heartwarming.

Something a little different for Silver Springs, as this is MM, rather than reverse harem. Both leads are characters we’ve met before – Reg is the bouncer from Club Vee, and Lars is Calluna’s friend and assistant. Although, like most Silver Springs books, this can be read as a stand-alone, I’d recommend reading Calluna’s story at least, for Lars’ background. How he's dealing with the impacts of that storyline drives a lot of this story.
What can I say, these guys are hot! They’re also well suited as a couple, and balance each other out. Their story is fun, it's good to see them finally getting themselves sorted.
One thing I love about shared universes like Silver Springs is seeing the secondary characters step up and into the spotlight, and also getting a peek at the original characters, too. There’s also a hint of what’s coming next, so stay tuned, too!

I admit I am not an avid reader of M/M books and only read those that are well written and truly offer the compatibility and chemistry between the couple not just sex. The author has accomplished that and so much more. Enjoyed the chemistry, the intensity in the struggle and the impulse with the flight or fight response as well as the laugh out loud moments. How the Reggie and Lars came together was perfect. It is a perfection addition to the crazy town of Silver Springs

Adorable!
I love that Reg has his own love! I can't wait to read Calunas', now that I know Lars is from there. This book was cute, steamy, and left me wanting more! The book had a great flow to it. Easy to read and a page turner.

The angst in this one!! Oof!! Had me in tears.
I didn’t think Reg would ever get his story and I don’t think in my wildest ship-dreams I would’ve put them together, but I loved the pairing. I love the soft and vulnerable side of Reg we got to see. I’m also so glad that Lars gets his HEA, too. I hope it mellows his snarky ass out a little, though. He was getting a bit much in the Calluna stories lol. I love him but damn his cutting tongue can do some damage.
The chemistry that Jewels Arthur was able to write between Reg & Lars is phenomenal too. It’s been a while since I’ve read something both so angsty and with so much sexual tension. 5/5 stars for that alone!
(Obv if you don’t like m/m, skip this one and save us the drama 😉 Those of us that do love it don’t wanna hear how sinful you find it.)

What a fantastic book! I loved Lars and Reggie’s love story. I loved the internal struggles and obstacles that they faced and overcame. I was also a big fan of the steam and hotness! Definitely one to read!

Jewel's first foray into the MM genre was a treat. She nailed this genre and gave us two beloved characters a HEA which you couldn't ask more from her . It was a bit of surprise but these two work given the events that have happened to them . Reg isn't looking for something but Lars captures his attention. They both have had recent events that changed their outlooks on life.
So it was perfectly timed and Lars got his wake up call the best way possible and get back the Lars that readers first met. The Lars who was searching for his place and his person to call his own. And Reg was the perfect match and in true Silver Spring form there was a little big of magic and helping hand from fate to bring these two together.
Their journey wasn't smooth sailing, it wouldn't be truth to form then. However this felt sizzling with the chemistry as two beloved characters were made aware of what was in front of them. It wasn't over night and there was some hijinks that threaten to derail these two but they got their. Fangs Bear'd was worth the wait and Arthur has really given these two the story they needed.

This was a fab addition to the Silver Springs series and it was a fully emotional reading ride. Lars is a bit messed up from the past. His bff, Calluna, casts a spell to help him out but, of course, things don't go the way Lars expected and it brings on his fury. The spell tweaked a connection between him and bouncer, Reg, and thankfully, Reg wanted to help Lars work thru his issues with an HEA, hopefully, at the end of the journey. There's action, danger, angst and smoking hot love in the pages of this entertaining read that also brings with it past characters from the series. All great fun and I look forward to what else this author is going to be putting out next :)

I´m so happy Lars has his own book cause I love him so much and I love that it´s with Reggie.
This two are just meant for each other, they needed each other to finally feel complete and I´m so happy I get to read their love story cause it´s really sweet.

This story was like the story I never realised I wanted, but then couldn't put down once I started reading. We've met both Lars and Reg in previous Silver Springs stories but finally, they got their time to shine.
Some of the situations the characters found themselves in had me in absolute stitches. I loved this entire story from start to finish and I'm so happy these two characters found each other because they are so utterly perfect for each other.
There's definitely a lot of steam in this story, but also a brilliant story line. I really hope we get to see a little more of these two in the future even if it's just cameos.

Another win for the Silver Springs Universe.
Lars is trying hard to forget but what he needs is to realize that what happened in his past wasn't his doing. Reg, the bouncer at Vee, has had feelings for Lars for a long time and wants to try and help him. They both don't want to ruin the friendship they have built. Magic happens and Lars can't believe what is happening. He is scared and feels alone.
This is M/M book which I typically shy away from unless it is group scenes. This story made me open my eyes that this kind of story isn't all about steam, it is about these two characters who need each other. It is about the world and how people can find their bliss without being in your face about the M/M aspect that some might assume is in this story. If you want the feels I recommend this book and this author.

Reg can tell Lars is out of sorts and wants to be his puzzle solver, or at least channel some of that angst.
I've never been a MM reader. They've always seemed a bit forced or fake.
Jewels manages to bring this story to life without forcing you down an uncomfortable path.
The characters show up as supporting friends and roles in other Silver Springs stories, so seeing them get their own story is wonderful.
I was drawn in to the story of Lars and Reg as individuals, and quickly became entranced with the situation that they find themselves in.
I couldn't wait to see what happened next with these two and Jewels did not disappoint.

This is the first story iv read that was mm and I found I loved every minute of it, I ended up finishing it in one day. With the different prov between Lars and Reg and what there thinking and feeling between each other as thing develop in to something neither one was expecting. Jewels Arthur has a way of drawing you in and have you guessing what will happen next , the intensity between eash other as they figure things out with things from the past getting in the way, I found my self laughing through most of it, what with calluna talking about ghost Dicks and Lars just being Lars and the imbarasing moments Reg has with Rose that I found really funny, even the mention of Julian blowing things up and you can't help but love Lars and Reg and hope things will turn out ok.

I have to say for her first full length M/M book, Jewels did an amazing job. I have loved Reggie since meeting him in the first Silver Springs Series. Lars, who is a bear shifter is a broken man after what happened to him recently in Calluna's story. Reggie, a sexy vampire and bouncer for club Vee, wants to help Lars overcome what has happened to him. After Calluna gets involved; is what Lars and Reggie feeling real or is it just another Silver Springs mating spell pulling them together? While these two are trying to figure out how to do an actual relationship, we get to see some reoccurring Silver Springs friends who try to help them out. This book had some laughs, some emotional scenes along with some steamy scenes.

Lars is a bear shifter who has some past relationship issues that he cant get over and he blames himself for things that were out of his control quite literally. Along comes Reg the amazingly,painfully gorgeous Vampire bouncer from Vee, Reg is exactly what Lars needs even if Lars wont admit it.
When a cleansing spell cast by Calluna reveals that Reg and Lars are mates Lars freaks out but Reg wont let him run and hide despite his best efforts.
If you love steamy hot mm action then this is the best book for you.

A must read.
The book didn't disappoint me at all. I was happy these two people found eachother. They deserved to have someone. Though, the whole book was good, my favourite part of the story would be (don't want to give any spoilers) a conversation between Reg and Lars (🐻).

Oh I have been waiting to read Lars and Reggie’s story and it did not disappoint. It was perfect! Lars has all the expected concerns after his last traumatic relationship and Reggie is adorable with his concerns about what does he do on his first real date with a guy. Jewel did a great job with this one. I loved every minute. I’d love to spell out exactly what I liked but that would lead to oh so many spoilers and I don’t want to ruin it for others. Let’s just say that while the story is short there is lots to love about it. You won’t regret reading it.

A fast romance story with paranormal and plenty of magic. Reg finally gets his story and We get to know Lars so much better. This is a m/m romance with friends never minding their own business. It seems like magic is always being thrown around in Silver Springs. But can Lars get past the terrible past and see that there can be a happy future with just the right guy? And what is up with Reg. He’s friends with everyone but does he want more? Expect plenty of drama and even some surprise scenes that add to the heat already in the story.

Jewels has done it again with another amazing book that will suck you in and not let you go. This is another installment from the amazing world of Silver Springs and finally we get to learn more about Reg. I have wondered about this hot vampire for awhile now and boy, this book does not disappoint at all.

The book you didn’t know you needed! I don’t typically pick up m/m books but enjoy the world of silver springs so why not give it a go. This story is has its will they, won’t they. Plenty of adorable moments as the relationship is being tested, a big emotional scene with all the feels and plenty of steam. If you love m/m or are new to it, give this book a go to get insight into the male brain while starting a relationship.

Poor Lars. Still have PTSD from Calluna's father and of course his BFF couldn't just stand by and not help. I am glad that he got his own book and that it was able to work out. Reg has made appearances in other books and I am glad he has a HEA as well. This book was my first M/M book and would probably be open to reading some in the future. Although it was a little weird not having a RH in a Silver Springs series.
