I love how creative this book is. Imagine x-factor meets second chance romance with a paranormal twist. We get a mystery, a romance and some hot competition. Plus the title is so clever! I’ll be honest I didn’t work it out but that moment it became clear in the book was aha moment.

Two bands amongst a talent show are looking promising.

The Para-not-normals are a male group who are of the paranormal variety. Noah is our guitarist and beautiful vampire. He knows there is a big chance his ex-girlfriend will be in the contest but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t want to win.

Stacey is a witch and part of The Seven Sisters band. The way things ended with her ex Noah has left a bitter taste in her mouth which could be sweetened by winning Britain’s Best New Band.

Noah and Stacy have great chemistry. I really enjoyed how this book unfolded. It’s fun quirkiness has me laughing and the mystery had me gripped to every page.

Awesome new series. Such fun.

If you have met the Supernatural Dating Agency prior and *swoon* Theo then wait til you meet the new paranormal series that Andie M Long has brought us with Noah in Hex Factor and 'The Paranormals'.

A fantastic easy humorous read that keeps you on your toes, warm hearted and fun. The words just flow away.

Hex Factor is book one is this new series consisting of 4 books of a rockstar group who all are different, not just in character but also in 'who they are'.

Noah is a guitarist but also a vampire who enters a music talent competition to showcase his abilities, but didn't realise he would be battling against his ex love, Stacey.

With a battle not just of music but also of fighting through the betrayal and love still between each other can these two fight fair and square or is their more than just a competition just at stake?

Hex Factor by Andie M. Long is a paranormal romantic comedy that will be released on August 3, 2020.

This is the first book in the four book series The Paranormals that will revolve around four bandmates and their love lives. Each book can be read as a standalone. However, it will be more enjoyable if read in order due to characters being referenced from previous books.

I absolutely love Andie’s books! They always leave me with a smile on my face. I think this book may be my favorite book of hers so far. I really enjoyed getting multiple points of views throughout the story. It really helps bring a story to life. You can’t help but root for Stacy and Noah.

I cannot wait for the next book in the series Heavy Souls to be released on August 31, 2020 so I can get Zak and Erica’s story.

I would highly recommend this book if you love paranormal romances, romantic comedies, or Rockstar romances.

Hex Factor by Andie M Long a winning five-star read. This is number one in the Paranormals series and I need the rest of the band Presto!! As they have enthralled me with their song. The thing about this story thou is that the Paranormals aren’t the only amazing characters in this one, I am hoping we get several spin offs as each band have a tale to tell, that could just be me looking for more stalking material for Andie M Long though so I don’t know. Noah Granger is a complex character that read as a very true young man, when you got to know him I could understand why he made the choice he did, it did make me want to throat punch him, but still teenagers make silly decisions. Stacey Williams was the one who got to me, I would have been and was much more vengeful when I was a teenager and I can only imagine what I would have gotten up to if I was in Stacey’s shoes, I don’t think I would be able to harm none. This is a great paranormal romance and shows us again what I found in the Supernatural Dating Agency series and that’s that this author can write suspense in one breath and paranormal in the next and pull them off in the most sublime ways.

Hex Factor was a very fun read! I loved the premise of a reality TV singing competition where some of the best bands were lead by supernaturals. That was fun and different. There were definitely a few giggles to be had for the rom-com aspect of this story as well. That paired really well with the emotional second chance romance between Stacey and Noah. Stacey was great. She had a believable journey from what she wanted to what she needed. I think she had the most character growth out of any of the characters. Hex Factor was a good start to a new series and I look forward to seeing where The Paranormals journey heads next!

This book is a very unique and entertaining, new paranormal romance with a second chance at love, characters that I absolutely adore and a plot that was brilliant.

The Hex Factor is the first book in the new paranormal series by Andie M. Long. She brings us a story that has a very entertaining musical talent competition where some bands have more than regular mortal members.

Noah is a vampire who is looking for fame. His band is competing against his ex-girlfriend Stacey’s band , who by the way are witches ( so tell me if this is not entertaining already?). The sensual tension between this two is hot and funny at the same time.

So besides being a battle being a battle of the bands , is also a battle to win lost love.

I can’t wait for the next book in the series!!!

This was such a fun book to read. I haven’t read PNR in a while and I’m really glad I jumped back into it with Hex Factor. If you ask me it’s way different than what you usually see in this genre, it’s more of a comedic vibe which was refreshing and exactly what I needed. It’s light, sexy and funny, with a dash of slightly angsty perfection.

Noah and Stacey were high school sweethearts, sharing the same choir class and outcast status. They shared dreams of making it big together but one day Noah “turns” into everything he’s not, dropping Stacey like she’s nothing. 8 years later they’re going head to head in Britain’s newest “battle of the bands” style show and allllll the feels come back for these two. They can not resist each other as hard as they try.

The quick banter and sassiness between both of them is entertaining, sure to make you smirk at least a few times if not chuckle out loud. Noah is apologetic but not entirely regretful in his teenage decisions and Stacey is a spitfire not ready to give up on revenge but in the end it was simply meant to be. Andie’s approach and writing style in this is delightful, I’ll be sure to read whatever is coming next for this band of paranormal misfits!

This is a new series by this author and it did not disappoint. We have a X-factor type reality show with a difference, the difference being three of the bands are made up of paranormal........ What with Vamps, Witches, Wolves and a dead presenter turned nuisance ghost we wonder what can go wrong... A lot as it seems lol We even get to see a regular from Withernsea .. I loved this book and I couldn’t put it down. I loved the characters and the plot it all came together quite nicely. There are a couple of twist and with with the Authors quirky humour we have a book that is a win win. I’m looking forward to reading the next book in the series.

Andie M. Long is back in the paranormal world. This time it's with a brand new series.

Hex Factor is a quick read and flows well. The characters are great and I look forward to learning more about some of them. Mya, Zak, Roman, and others I would love to read their back story and future.

Noah and Stacey are high school sweethearts and then something happens to Noah that makes him change. He is diving into his music to try and survive. Ignoring Stacey and she doesn't understand why he dumped her so drastically. As this story unfolds it will explain it all.

I can't wait for the next book. It will be out in August. So get to reading so you are ready for the next book.

I have had the pleasure of reading many of Andie M Long's books and anyone who has knows what an utter dream it is to dive head first into one. For those of you that haven't yet had the privilege you are in for a treat...

Hex Factor is the first in a brand new Paranormal series and after having read it, I can definitely tell it's going to be an epic series of books to sink my teeth into...Eeek I cannot wait for the next one! If you hadn't quite cottoned on by the title, Hex Factor is about a reality tv programme much like The X Factor but well with some differences. The Paranormals are a band with 3 very delicious men in it that audition. And like with anything nothing ever comes easily especially when one of the competing bands happens to have your ex girlfriend in it who hates your guts.

I love how it's such an easy read, filled with a mixture of different elements that I always look forward to seeing within Andie's creations. Those that have read The Paranormal Agency will know what i mean but although it holds the humour and complicated love there was just that little something extra in this one that i can't quite put my finger on but 100% in a positive way.

I look forward to the release of the next one whereby hopefully we get to know more of the band members and maybe see them find their ultimate match.

I have absolutely loved reading Hex Factor. If you have read Andie M. Long’s Supernatural Dating Agency Series then you will already know that she writes fabulous paranormal romance stories. Hex Factor is the first book in a brand new series and I cannot wait for the rest for the band’s stories to be released.

Noah is a vampire and a guitarist in his band The Paranormals, and I love the dynamics of the band because each member is a different ‘being’. It isn’t only some of the band members that are dissimilar in this story though, and I enjoyed how the author reveals each of her character’s capabilities.

I loved getting to know Noah. He made a huge mistake by putting his band before his ex-girlfriend Stacey and I totally understood the hurt and betrayal that she was feeling. I loved becoming acquainted with Stacey too. Their story is one that shouldn’t be missed!

I absolutely love that the author chose to write this story around auditions for the show ‘Britain's Best New Band’, it was fun and it reminded me of how I enjoy spending my Saturday evenings in front of the TV. If you are in need of a book that you can pick up and simply enjoy, then Hex Factor is a perfect choice. I thoroughly enjoyed this story from start to finish and I award it 5 fabulous stars.

I have rediscovered my love for supernatural stories!!

Hex factor is book 1 in the the paranormals series! And I’m dying to get my grabby hands on the next book in this fantastic series! I now have to binge read every supernatural book Andie M. Long has ever written!

Noah is a vampire guitarist in a band “The Paranormals” and they have entered a competition to compete against other bands and win the grand prize! Stacey is Noah’s Ex who has also entered the same competition with her band! But Who will win the contest?

I absolutely adored both Noah and Stacey! I could understand both characters perspectives! I could understand Staceys hurt and betrayal over Noah but I could also understand Noah’s side of events too! I loved how the author has written this book about not just vampires but other supernatural beings too which has me intrigued to see what happens next

If your looking for a fun book to read with lots of banter and humour with some drama thrown into the mix then i really recommend you start this series it’s absolutely brilliant! And I can’t wait to read more of this series

Can rivals make things work & keep their bandmates happy?

Noah is a vampire. He and his friends are in a band called The Para-Not-Normals, their clever little dig at the fact that the band members are all paranormals, not normals, although no one is supposed to know they are actually paranomal.

They're entering a reality tv show, Britain's Best New Band.

During their audition, Noah comes face to face with the last person he expected, his ex, Stacey, a witch.

Stacey and her fellow bandmates are all witches. Again, like Noah and his mates, that isn't something they advertise to the normals.

She hates Noah with a passion after he basically ghosted her in high school when they were friends as well as a couple.

Both being in this competition puts them on each others radars again.

This book includes mystery since we have some mysterious disappearances and such that seem like they could be laid at Noah's feet. Lays out some background for the other members of the band, since we will get to focus on each of them in their own book. And of course, we get to see Noah and Stacey start off as enemies, or rivals, and work their way to the HEA they deserve with each other.

Love the cozy mystery feel but the sexy paranormal romance predominance. It has humor, heart, steam, mystery, and more.

I received a review copy. I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

Welcome to a world where being different is AMAZING! Long delivers a wonderful story based in a world where our greatest fairy-tales come to life.

This is a second chance romance that follows two bands pushing to make it to the top, and chase their dreams. Stacey and Noah where High School sweethearts until they weren't. He dropped her out of no where, and became Mr. Popular. Since parting ways lots of things have happened in their life that has led them to the place they always wanted to be........... striving to be at the top in the music industry.

Along the way we meet their band mates, and get to witness their awesome chemistry. This book was a great change from the normal dark, intense, bully books I have been reading. I'm excited to see what happens in the next book.

Fantastic start for this new series. I have a new group of friends to hang out with and I’m excited to experience all the stories for this wonderful crew of characters. Noah and Stacey start us off. They became friends in school when both were either overlooked or bullied and a love was born. But everything changed when Noah was turned into a vampire. Knowing being around Stacey was dangerous for her, he pushed her away and with it, all the dreams and plans they had made. Stacey is hurt but finds a new group of friends when she unlocks her inner witch. They find themselves reunited in a battle of the bands contest, each with their own band. Is this their second chance? Can Stacey forgive the hurt Noah inflicted? There is so much to love in this story and I had fun reading while I was kept guessing about the mysterious events. I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.

Hex Factor is the first book and a fantastic start to The Paranormals Series. If you have ever read any of Andie M. Long's books then you know you are getting something great to read. Reading this was very smooth and fast paced at the same time. The storyline did capture me but it seemed very calm and too sweet in the beginning. As I read on it became more mature and hot. Which makes sense. They're young and then they grow up. Lol. Some parts of the book were really fast and brushed through. The words were straight to the point and not alot of details. I did love all the different characters!! The characters were described nicely in detail! Zak sounds tortured and very interesting!!! That book releases next! So yay for that! Roman was explained but I'm sure he will be given more insight when his book is closer. Rex is the shapeshifter and he sounds very nurturing. Even Drayton and his bandmates sounded hot. Lol Mya is awesome and I loved that Death was in this book!!!! Very cool. It would be nice to read more of that! Which should be since a book on Mya will be out, idk when. I didnt really give spoilers just some info on how the characters seem to me. So I did enjoy this book. It was a fast read. I only took a star off the rating because the writing didnt have great detail and seemed very fast paced. But the storyline and characters were awesome!!! I was given an ARC from the Author! This is a good fast read and super cool look into different paranormal characters.

Hex Factor is a quick, fun read about former teenage sweethearts that reconnect when they both participate in a music competition.
I think the music competition is a fun setting for this story. Between the shared history and battle for bragging rights, there’s just enough tension in this story to balance the lighthearted moments well. I really liked Noah and Stacey together, and I enjoyed the glimpses into the past that shaped their relationship. I only wish there had been more flashbacks and details.
There’s a great group of secondary characters I’m looking forward to seeing more of in this series. I’ll definitely be reading more of The Paranormals.

This is such a great start to a new series. Noah and Stacey were high school sweethearts. He left her to follow his music and make it big. There was another reason, but he didn’t tell her. Stacey is now a witch and the lead singer of her band. Now they are in competition against each other to win Britain’s Best New Band. Noah has never stopped loving Stacey and wants a second chance. Will she give in to her feelings and give Noah a second chance? I really enjoyed this story and all the characters that I met. I can’t wait to read their stories.

Hex Factor is such a fun, energetic story. It's been a while since I've read a paranormal story from Andie Long, and I really enjoyed falling into this one. This is the first in a new series, so there are a few characters to meet, but the romance is between Noah and Stacey, so they do get the lion's share of page time. It's a second chance for the vampire and the witch, and they certainly have good chemistry even if they don't want to admit it. We even get a bit of mystery along with our romance, so it's a double win. The story is fast paced and engaging, the characters are interesting, and the dialogue is witty. I can't wait to see what's next for this world.

I loved this book! Stacey and Noah were high school sweethearts then out of the blue Noah stops talking to Stacey and won’t tell her anything. She goes her own way and finds herself a group of sisters and they are all witches. Noah finds his own group of paranormal friends but he never forgets about his one love Stacey. He leaves her when he is turned into a vampire and he wants to keep her safe. They meet again a few years later when they are both in a music competition and Noah is going to have to decide if he is willing to fight for the love he doesn’t think he deserves.

Stacey squeezed my arm with hers. “One day, Noah, we'll show them. We’ll be the ones on top and they’ll have a house in Loserville. Together we are invincible.” She kissed my cheek. “Now come on, I might even let you feel my boobs.”

This is a great paranormal rockstar romance.

This was my first time reading this author and I’ll definitely read more.

I loved the reality show concept mixed with these paranormal characters and relationship woes! I’m a sucker for a broody musician but one that maybe wants to suck my neck——sign me up!

Noah and his band of paranormals go head to head with Noah’s ex’s band. That won’t be awkward! I couldn’t decide if I wanted Stacey to kick him in the nuts or give him another chance. They are wow hot together but how will it work?! This was a cute funny read and had some hokey moments that made me think of the original Buffy the vampire slayer humor. Totally different than most pnr ive read and I enjoyed that about this read!

Can’t wait to see what’s next for this group!

This is the first in the paranormal series, and I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. I genuinely enjoyed this book. It had me laughing at some cheesy one liners, swooning at appropriate moments and actually quite invested in the characters. All in all I would recommend this read if you want a little lighthearted fun.

A fab start to a new PNR series.

Noah is in a band called the para not normals, and guess what they're all different supernaturals! I have to admit Noah gets about a bit, well being a vamp, sex and blood go together. Trouble is his still sweet on Stacey, not that his bedroom antics show it!

Stacey is a woman scorned by her high school sweetheart but had no idea why.

Well these two meet up in a xfactor style show and all sorts of stuff happens, some dark, some light hearted but it's certainly an entertaining read. Looking forward to book 2.
