There are lots of twists and turns in this 5 star read. It also has a great plot, lots of action, and wonderful characters. It will not only hold your attention, but there are a couple of surprises as well.

A true patriot doesn’t just “go along to get along” – He acts on his own inner guidance...
The characters and the plot really can throw a punch along with a punch-line. No, I didn’t find the violence to be humorous but the moments in between (sometimes there really are only moments) somehow lighten the impact. It’s a delicate balance and R.A. McGee manages to keep me entertained without turning me off. I cannot begin to count all of the tattoo keys Clark will end up with for each body count but all for a good cause. He and his “team” – he draws interesting people to himself – are fighting to prevent a world war III. There is never a dull moment. If you are looking for action and plot twists, some mystery and a little romance, you will love this series. It is well-written.
However, I am convinced that Clark and Miri must be super-human despite their injuries since they manager to survive the impossible and will likely survive much more in future endeavors. I look forward to their developing and eccentric relationship.

This book took off right from the start and kept me engaged the entire time. Plenty of action, great characters, and even some humor. There were twists and turns I didn't see coming. Nothing was black and white, leading to some pretty strange bedfellows. This is part of a series, but is a standalone book. I believe it fills in enough background that you can read it without reading the others first, but I'd recommend reading them all anyway because they are well written and entertaining. Great ending. All the major storylines are complete, but there is an obvious lead into the next book. I'm already looking forward to the next installment.

I did receive this at no cost as a member of the Beta team, in exchange for an honest review.

R.A. McGee is a master story teller, he has the finness to develop the most unlikely characters, in this book the main character “Dust” was awesome, cool, calm and very deadly, he gets the job done. I really enjoyed this book, it was intoxicating, intriguing and was one of those books you just could not put down. And of course true to form R.A. McGee gives this book twist and turn that keeps you guessing, and well what can I say the end just blasted me off my feet, it was not what I was expecting.
A wonderful series of book by a very good author, and I rate him among the best, and will go as far as saying he does not have to take a back seat to Lee Child at all. Thank you R A for giving me the opportunity to enjoy your books and please don’t stop writing.

Once again, McGee doesn't disappoint! If you haven't picked up your copy of McGee's latest Czerny Clark thriller, do it now. Fast paced action, awesome characters that come to life, and a believability factor that is out of this world. This one will have you hanging on the edge of your seat from start to finish. I received a free copy in exchange for a review, but this is one series that I will gladly purchase if it keeps the author producing them!

Rogue by RA McGee

Excellent fast-paced thriller from start-to-finish like the first two books, Sanctioned and Disavowed featuring Clark and Blackthorn. Set mostly in Russia the thriller chronicles how Clark (more or less a fugitive now that he has been wrongly disavowed by his former boss and mentor late McHenry, Chief of Blackthorn) and Miriam Banks manage to prevent a nuclear missile from being sold to North Korea by a disgruntled Russian. Cannot wait to read the next book.

Another great action thriller

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The characters are great and well developed, the pacing is perfect, the interplay between characters is very well done, the action is non-stop, and it is a really fun read. Perfect for a cold or rainy weekend. I highly recommend it.

This book is a "relative" to too many people.
It Jumps at you and holds you tight.
A couple of twists and a few comfortable and some comical moments between old friends and new comrades.
No one is actually dead until the ripples they cause in the world die away …Terry Prachett
Great Read.

Action-packed, revenge-filled tale of Clark and his partner and love Miri, as they work together to find a nuclear missile. Full of double crossing and bad guys to chase down and destroy.

Just another great read in the series. Clark, aka "Dust", is a terrific protagonist and the reader is completely engrossed in him and the storyline. Can't wait for #4.
