This book inspired me alot. "Into the Wild" is a powerful and thought-provoking book that will challenge readers to reflect on their own values and priorities. It is a must-read for anyone interested in adventure, philosophy, or the human condition. And now that I have visited Alaska in both the winter and the summer. Also in and out of cities I the book gives a great insight in the wild of Alaska.

I read into thin air but good reads didnt have it separate. It was a good book and recounts the tragedy on Mt Everest. Crazy how fast it all went wrong and how he describes the base camps on the mountain.
