Shit book. Terrible at explaining concepts. There are no elements for anything and it puts cases in one section that would go way better in another section.

This book does a horrible job of explaining any principles at all. I have to go digging through pages of footnotes just to find what I’m looking for.

I think writers of soap operas can learn a lot from torts cases.

Honestly, for a textbook, this kind of slayed! My only critique is that there was no warning for three consecutive banana peel cases and then two additional slip cases… a little warning would have been nice.

3.5. Honestly really entertaining for a textbook. They went a little overboard on the notes and discussion section, but overall well done.
