Warning ⚠️: erotica, shipfer, threesome, a child.
Narrator score🎧 ; the narrator's did a wonderful job with this book they were very very good and both of them could manage a child voice quite well.
Level of steam🔥: it's an erotica book so the book is very very hot and very stemmy you have a lot of sexual interaction between two men and one woman
Level of anxiety and sadness0😱😢: you had some drama in the book but it wasn't over the top it was kind of light drama story.
The book itself📖:well the story was nice, I wasn't expecting much so I wasn't surprised when I didn't get it. It was a nice pass time the story had some layers I didn't expect... it was nice... you had some major issues with the fantasy world that was created... but overall it was cute.

This is an OK shifter romance, but I did have a few issues with it. It features the typical shifter instalove, but I would have liked a little more backstory on the three main characters.
Jade, Dean, and Gavin were all likable, and they were good together. I liked that the guys automatically considered Jade's nephew as their family, since she was their mate.
I also didn't really believe that Jade was in love with Dean and Gavin, especially at first. She was definitely in lust, but she wasn't a shifter, so I didn't believe she would fall in love with them so quickly. I also agree with another reviewer that her willingness to have sex with them immediately after they saved her from an abduction was not realistic. Any woman who had almost been abducted (for what would obviously have been a gang rape), would have been too traumatized to immediately be interested in menage sex.
I liked that Jade loved her nephew Ben so much, and considered him her son. However, I thought that the way she talked to him wasn't realistic. He was supposed to be 13 years old, an age at which most kids don't like/want their parents to talk baby-talk to them, or give them a lot of hugs/kisses. Yet Jade did both of those things, and Ben seemed to love it. That would have worked if Ben had been younger -- say around 8 or 9 -- but I just didn't buy it for a 13 year old boy.
One complaint is that most of Milly's stories are a bit too explicit for me. I like hot sex in romances, but I would prefer it to be a little less descriptive and dirty. I am not a prude, but the really explicit stuff is just not romantic to me. But I will continue to read Milly's writing, as it is entertaining and fun.
There was one other issue, and this is minor, but it is a pet peeve of mine – the cover of a book should match the description of the characters in the book. Dean is described as having blonde hair, and Jade as having dark hair.. Yet the cover shows two men with brown hair, and a woman with blonde hair. This may not be the author’s fault, but it still bugs me.
My rating system is below.
1 star -- Hated it, or did not finish. I usually only give this rating if some of the content is truly objectionable to me, like if one of the main characters does something really awful, and gets away with it.
2 stars -- Didn't like it. This rating usually means that I thought the writing wasn't very good, the editing was terrible, I didn't like the characters, or it had other major flaws.
3 stars -- I liked it, but had some minor issues with it. This rating means that there were minor editing issues, the story needed more character development, it was just too unrealistic, or had some other fairly minor issue. The majority of books I read get this rating – I do not consider it a bad rating.
4 stars -- I liked it a lot. This is a high rating for me, and I rarely give a higher one.
5 stars -- I loved it, and will probably read it again. Very few books are good enough to get this rating from me. The ones that do are usually classics.

Dean, Gaven & Jade + Ben
Things are changing. She's starting a new job and a new family as the guardian of her 13-year-old nephew. It's a lot to take on but she loves him and is a hard worker. It certainly doesn't leave room for a man, let alone two! But that is what Dean and Gaven want to make it. She the final piece to complete their triad. How's she supposed to turn down two not one but two hot men who happen to be shifters?
But her new son has problems and he won't talk to her. Not only that she has someone or ones out to get her. Will the new men trying to be in her life help and protect her? Does being independent make her turn down male help when she really needs it?
The author always gives us strong women and hot guys with (at least eventually) some understanding of strong women. This one is great. While it may be in the shifter world the issues can easily be related to the real world we live in. And let's not forget about the steam--sizzle!. If you are expecting just your average shifter romance you're in for a big surprise. Don't miss it.

Hot and Cool at the same time!!!
I loved how we got to meet the heroine a bit and her shifters before they found each other. This book has a great plot with twists you never see coming. The sex is not but not just for show the triad are really into each other. I hope there are more in this series, to come. Highly Recommended!

Loved the story and plot as well as the characters that milly has come up with this time. Loved how she took her nephew in even though there were things about him and his life that were being with held from her and loved the romance between dean, gavin and Jade .

Such an amazing read! This story held my interest right from the beginning! Such great characters and wonderful storyline! Dean and Gavin were awesome! So sweet and caring! Jade is such a mama bear! I felt like crying for Ben! It was so nice to watch him come out of his shell! Loved Balgair!! Highly recommend!

Caught by the Wolves is a sweet tale of a strong young woman doing her level best to raise a thirteen year old boy who has lost his mother and been dumped on an aunt he’s never met. She never expected to meet not one but two hunky shifters that claim she’s their mate. This story takes her on a voyage of self discovery and we get to go along for the ride. My heart about broke for Young Ben but I loved watching their relationships grow. This is a sexy, fun story with serious undertones. Another winner from Milly Taiden.

Once I started reading this story I could not put it down. I stayed up till 1 AM reading and have no regrets...even though I had to be up early that morning. Milly pulled me in from the beginning and I couldn't leave until I was done.
Jade just became a single Mom to her nephew, who she has never met before. She is an amazing person, full of love. Dean and Gavin are an Alpha Pair looking for their mate and something draws Dean to this bar. He doesn't know what it is until they walk in and he immediately scents their mate. Like all great love stories, there are plenty of obstacles in their path but I love the journey they go on to end up together.

What a truly heartwarming story. When Ben's dad drops him off with Jade she's determined to be the best mom she can. Ben is her top priority and she's afraid that letting Dean and Gavin into her life will compromise that. This is a very uplifting story about love and acceptance.

Wow, what a cast of characters, and then there is Balgair. Ms Milly this is truly a feel good book. Jade is raising a little boy with secrets. Not to mention two hot guys have her in their sights. Please join them for a heartwarming tail ( they are shifters) with a little bit of danger. And of course a HEA for now. I volunteered to read and review an advance reader copy.

Then the unexpected happens and not just 1 but 2 gorgeous men glide into her life. They're offering her the support and love she never believed could exist she just has to say yes.

I really enjoyed this this book. Plenty of intrigued, suspense, action, laugh out loud moments, and of course steamy romance to keep me hooked from beginning to end. Overall a great read and great start for a new series. I don’t normally write reviews and I don’t normally rate this low but holy shit this was bad.
I would be ok with this books terrible dialogue and thrown together plot if it was straight erotica but the author doesn’t seem to pick a side of whether she wants this to be pure smut or a romance novel. As a result she doesn’t do either side justice.
I wasn’t trying to take the plot to seriously but there were just some things that were so ridiculously stupid and didn’t seem realistic enough to maintain my suspension of disbelief. Most of this was driven by the fmc’s nephew, Ben. He was supposed to be a 13 year old boy that had only been living with her for 6 months and he just went through his mother dying, yet we are supposed to believe that he accepts this aunt he never knew as his new mommy. Every time she called him her son or he called her mommy I cringed. It just seemed ridiculous how easily he accepted her as new mommy when his mom hadn’t even been dead for a year. It just seems like Ben was used as an object to characterize the fmc as nurturing and not really a character in his own right.
I wish the author didn’t include Ben or his storyline and instead committed to make a smut werewolf novel. I thought the dynamic of the triad between alpha, beta, and mate was unique and had a lot of potential to be interesting but instead of focusing on the dynamics of that relationship we were bogged down by the stupid nephew plot line.
Overall the book was at least entertaining enough to get through, hence the two stars.

This book was truly a feel good, couldn't put it down , many tears shed both happy and sad story.. The characters grabbed onto your heartstrings and did not let go. Unconditional love and acceptance were a major theme in this book and I loved every page of it....

Great story!
When Dean, an Alpha, is led by his wolf into one of the bars he owns, his Beta, Gavin, follows without any questions. Their wolf pack is run by triad matings, meaning both the Alpha and the Beta share a mate and children. When both of them scent Jade, a human, as their mate, they know that it won't be a fast shifter mating. But both guys are looking forward to getting to know their mate.
Jade has a lot of responsibilities on her shoulders. Her brother, Frank, dropped off his son, Ben, for a few hours, but never came back. Jade found legal documents in Ben's backpack that Frank filed, giving full custody to his sister. She was smitten with Ben once she saw him. Now she's raising her 13 year old nephew like she would her own child.
Meeting two gorgeous men at a bar after her first day at her new job was completely unexpected. Going home with them for one night, is definitely a fantasy. When Jade wakes up in the middle of the night alone in bed, she looks around the house and doesn't find either Dean or Gavin. So she takes it as a hint, and calls a cab to go home.
When they get back from running in the woods, their mate is gone. Dean marked her, now his wolf is going crazy not being near it's mate. They look everywhere for her, but they never got her last name.
Meanwhile at work, Dean's mom is in town and she needs an assistant. So Dean sends his newest hire to go see her. Lana knows right away that this is her son's mate. Only her son refuses to come see her. Finally, Lana sends Jade to "drop" something off to the owner and she realizes that they are her bosses.
The men are thrilled to see her. They sit her down and explain that they are shifters and she's their mate. She explains that she has Ben relying on her, so the guys work around her.
But trouble happens when Ben goes on a fishing trip and is kidnapped by men with guns. Jade tracks his phone, finding his whereabouts and Dean and Gavin shift to rescue him. But when they open up the van, a small tiger is attacking his assailant. That tiger is Ben; Jade never knew he was a shifter.
The men take Ben out and talk him through shifting and answer any questions he has. He's now part of the family, one of their own like Jade is.
When Frank comes back to kill Ben because he's "different" Jade puts herself in front of her son to protect him.
Will the guys get to her in time?

This was a simply splendid start to this simply splendid series
Who would have believed that a night out would change her life in ways she could never have envisioned, this is exactly what had happened when Jade Candy had ventured out with a work colleague from her new job?
Jade had been under so much strain since her brother had dropped her unknown teenage nephew on her and had then disappeared, on unpacking his things she found all of his paper work along with a form giving her right of parenthood.
She had loved that dark haired and dark-haired boy from the moment she had seen him and it was obvious that he was a sad soul and that he needed to be loved and brought up in a safe a secure household. Ben loves his Aunt Jade and tells her all the time but any queries about his mother are usually met with heartbreak and a flood of tears, he seems unable to tell her more.
As she works very had in her new job, she was surprised to discover that the two men that had changed her life so dramatically that night actually owned it, Gavin and Dean were also Wolf shifters and they had been looking for their mate to form their triad, what they had never expected was for her to be a human.
I do not want to give away too much about this wonderful story so I will simply say that as strange things start to happen around her and Ben it is obvious that they are being terrorised by someone, but who and why?
Read this simply tremendous book and you will be like me and be anxiously waiting for the next book in this wonderful series, a simply riveting read.

But Jade is too focussed on taking things slowly to realise what a great life they can have together. When Jade and Ben's lives are threatened, Ben is going to have to give up some of the secrets he is keeping so that the truth of his past can come to light. Jade might be prepared to put her life on the line to save Ben, but Dean and Gavin will do everything they can to protect them both. Can they all have the HEA that they deserve?
I loved this story which was very passionate from the start and through the passion developed love and devotion. It was full of drama and danger and through it was the underlying devotion between a shifter and his mate. I loved the example of what makes a family and that it does not have to be a traditional 1 to 1 with no room for anyone else. Well written and easy to read, I found this story addictive as I raced through the book wanting to find out what was going to happen next. Contains explicit sexual content all the way through the book.
I loved this story which was very passionate from the start and through the passion developed love and devotion. It was full of drama and danger and through it was the underlying devotion between a shifter and his mate. I loved the example of what makes a family and that it does not have to be a traditional 1 to 1 with no room for anyone else. Well written and easy to read, I found this story addictive as I raced through the book wanting to find out what was going to happen next. Contains explicit sexual content all the way through the book.

I’ve read lots of shifter series and reverse harems but this was for far fetched it was funny.
From having a steamy one night stand with two guys never once thinking about protection. Then finding out they own the company you just started working for.
Her brother dropped off her 13 year old nephew that she knew nothing about and left so for the past 6 months she’s been taking care of him (I have a 13 year old son there’s no way the kid would be that well adjusted and the way she magically always has care for him is funny enough one of the things I have the hardest time believing)
Her new bosses wine & dine her and one of them even brought her to a private viewing if a broadway show only giving the actors a few hours notice (best that’s really going to happen)
Then theirs extravagant trips and things that just don’t make sense in a shifter series.
Then her brother comes back trying to kill her nephew and admits he killed the mom/wife for being a tiger shifter. Her two shifter mates rip him to shreds yet she and her nephew aren’t traumatized by it in the least… oh and even though there was a million hints in the book she’s shocked to find out she was pregnant 🤦♀️
The storyline was just silly but the spice was great I only kept going for that

This is the 1st book in the Alpha Claimed series and it definitely starts off the series in a way that sucks you in! Jade has just become an instant mom to her nephew along with starting a new job. She is clueless when it comes to parenting and definitely doesn't feel like she needs a relationship on top of everything else going on in her life. But Dean and Gavin know that she is their mate, not just their new employee. They just need to make her see that as well. And when a secret comes out about Ben that could hurt them all, Jade will do whatever she has to in order to protect her nephew.
I really liked this one! Jade may be clueless about a lot of things but she has a heart of gold and she never stops trying. I love that she is willing to do anything for her nephew just as if he is her own child. The chemistry between the triad is off the charts hot but they also have a lot of heart which I enjoyed. It wasn't just about the sex! There was some intrigue, which always draws me in and makes me want to read more. All in all, definitely an enjoyable read and a great way to start a new series!

Caught by the Wolves is the first book in the new series Alpha Claimed. In it we follow human Jade & wolf shifters Dean & Gavin on their journey to happily ever after.
Jade's life is a mess. Between her new job & suddenly finding herself caring for a nephew who seems to be keeping secrets, she's got enough to handle. She certainly doesn't need a man in her life right now, much less two, but these two are hard to resist.
Clan alpha Dean & his beta Gavin have found their mate, but she's very reluctant to give them a chance. The know they can help her & her nephew but how can they convince her?
If this book is an example of how this series is going to go, we're in for a lot of good reading. The main characters are interesting & likeable. Their actions & reactions to situations are seem natural & believable. The story line is familiar but with enough twists that I couldn't put the book down. All in all, this is a promising start to a new series.

A steamy start to the series
This is a very steamy book, with lots of explicit scenes, so if you prefer tamer books with little or no sex this is not for you.
Jade is a great character and the way she adopts her nephew with no hesitations is amazing! You cannot help but be drawn to her.
Dean and Gavin know just what a gem she is, obviously she is their mate, and whilst their wolves are howling for them to claim her, mate her, they can see just how overwhelmed she is. They show her a great respect, courting her, wooing her and yes exhausting her with sex but also caring for both her and Ben, it is lovely to see.
The twist with Ben at the end of the book was a complete surprise, which was great. However there were a couple of places with timelapse issues, where timing and activities made no sense or contradicted the paragraph before which was a little confusing and is why only four stars.
This is book one of the series, book two is due out on 12th February and both are available on Kindle Unlimited.

Dean and Gavin are the alpha and beta of a pack of shifters led by a triad. They've known since childhood that they will share a mate one day. I liked the connection between Gavin and Dean, you could see how close they were and how they balanced each other. I also liked that though Jade was feeling a strong pull to her mates, she was still thinking about how a relationship might affect her nephew. Jade's cousin made for an interesting side character, he was just hilarious. I do wish there had been a bit more world-building and some of the plot was pretty obvious early on so it wasn't a surprise when it finally got revealed. I look forward to reading the next book in the series.

One of the best by this author storyline wise.
Enjoyable read that flowed well for the most part.
Had an inkling of how it would play out but enjoyed the twisty journey and the side characters, both good and bad.
Good relationship vibes all around, communication was there, though I would have liked more personal background about Dean too.
But just too much sex for me. I ended up skimming those scenes which seemed to happen every time they meet, even on the first night.
Not sure what the mob scene in the club was about at the beginning. Unnecessary, obviously Dean and Gavin played the field but as this is never raised further on it was not needed.
The whole situation with Ben’s mother was just too sad.
A couple of things stopped this getting five stars.
I was kindly offered this book for an honest review but chose to read it through Kindle Unlimited.

This book is so good I have read it twice. I read it once the moment I received it super fast and then again slower. Something about this book that got to me... I love a good triad so that checked off that but then we have Jade who takes in her nephew sight unseen when her brother just comes by one day after years of being absent from her life. She had no idea he had a son and he drops off a preteen son for her to watch and never comes back for him. Ben becomes her son in all but name which is amazing to read about. Then we have two wolves Dean and Gavin who are her mates and life becomes interesting, to say the least. Author Milly Taiden always gives us a book that keeps us on our toes from cover to cover. I can't wait for the next book in this series!
