I enjoyed these books very much. The 1st book looks at various disordered eating hbaits and explains each well. Then, though focusing on binge eating, the author looks at how to change our habits that are not healthy into healthy habits. Book 2 looks at hypnosis. My recommendation is to have the audio version for thia book. It is hard to read the meditations and focus on breathing and meditation with eyes closed. You cannot do both at the same time. So having the audio version would be very helpful here. I like the idea of replacing negative self talk with positive affirmations. Overall, I enjoyed this book and found it helpful.

I chose a five star review because this book is very descriptive and positive about weight loss and how to lose it effectively. People don't realize that The mind is something that you have to conquer to lose weight and keep the weight off.
