Emma Fleming is returning home to Georgia after a seventeen year absence. Being the only girl in her family, in fact the first female born into her father's family in sixty-five years, Sandy found escape from Matchbox cars, smelly bathrooms, and a general disdain for anything feminine, in books. Eventually the characters in her own head, clamoring to get out, found their way to paper. "Wait for Me" is her first novel and represents her love of history, romance, and a touch of paranormal.

In her real life, Sandy works as a speech language pathologist and moved to her dream town in Florida from the Midwest with her husband, two sons, and spoiled dog. She dreams in full length movies and tries her best to find quiet times to get them onto paper.

Good read

This book was amazing. I am very good at figuring out where the author is going with the plot and characters, but this book just kept me guessing .
