When his ancient enemy returns, a dragon shifter’s quest to have a child is threatened.
The Surrogate Mother As a young child, my shifter clan was torn apart. Alone, I wandered the streets of a nearby village off the coast of Ireland Until an ancient vampire found me. He took me in, and raised me, but I was never a part of their dark world. I struck out on my own, desperate to find a place where I belonged. The vampires told me there were no other shifters left. So I took refuge in the mountains of Colorado, where I lived a solitary life. Now a gorgeous shifter male has shown up to my sanctuary. And he wants me to bear his child. But soon, our connection becomes more than just a contract. He’s not just the lawyer who hired me to carry his baby -- He’s my mate.

I want a child of my own. But I won’t expose a human woman to the dangers we face. The mother of my child must be a female dragon shifter. I visit the vampires for advice. They send me to a female shifter. She’s been here in the States all along, longing for a clan. Instantly, I feel a connection to this beautiful shifter. Can an Irish dragon shifter protect his baby’s mother from their shared past?
I began writing short stories for family and friends. My vivid imagination and love of mysteries and romance eventually led me to following my own dreams of becoming a published author.

what a great addition to the series. Loved this one, just as good as the other books. With all the romance, action and adventure. You will not be disappointed in picking this up for your dragon collection. Both characters were strong and the plot was great. Can't wait to see what is store for this dragon clan in the future. Liam wants what his friends have. Children or rather a family of his own. But to do so he needs to find a female dragon shifter that will do what he wants. Have his baby and give up her rights to that baby as soon as it's born. But where can he find a female shifter and a dragon at that?
This was a decent enough storyline and continuing with characters that we like but the editing just was horrible! For starters, did they not remember from the second book that Clara was pregnant when Isleen was born? Also that put the ages of all the children off. And why would they leave the two women to help her have the baby while the doctor stays in the boat and plays with the kids? Also the baby was supposed to be doing August and they referenced September and then say her due date was two days away. Took away from the story to have to deal with the frustration of these editing problems.
His brothers growing families leaves him wanting what they have. But there is a problem.
With Liam's 32nd birthday, he comes to realize that he wants what two of his brothers have.... a family of his own. The dragon shifters' lives was upended fifteen years ago in their home land of Ireland. The witches waged war on the dragon shifters and destroyed most of them. Liam, Brennan, Quinn and Kellan at seventeens years of age at the time managed to escape and went to the states. They all ended up in Texas where they believed the witches would not look for them. Kellan and Quinn have since started families. Declan the oldest child is quite a character who loves his sister and cousins very much. He is so full of energy being a dragon shifter. Liam loves watching him and playing with him. Since the last new addition to their family Isleen, Liam is wanting his own kids to play with and raise. He does not want a human mate, would prefer a female dragon shifter but was told by the vampires that one didn't exist. He is shockingly surprised by the vampires when he approaches them about searching for one. When the witches waged war a 10 year old girl was taken to a hidden cave and told to stay there. After a while, Brynne came out of the cave and saw her parents dead as well as most of the dragon shifters. She wandered until she came to a small town and there was a vampire who knew he would have to hide her in order to keep her safe and alive. She was raised by Nicolae in a vampire coven in New York City. She didn't experience a great loving upbringing since the vampires didn't have parenting skills. But Nicolae gave her whatever she needed in financial support. With Liam's visit to the vampires about a female dragon shifter for surrogacy, he is given Brynne's name. She now lives in Colorado so he makes a trip to see her. She is not given the heads up by the vampires so she's not expecting Liam and when they meet there are surprises for both sides. After his trip, he returns to Texas extremely happy that he and Brynne hit it off in so many ways. Soon Liam's dragon starts telling him she is their mate but he can't bring himself to tell her that since she had thought that the witches had destroyed everyone from her clan. Things progress between Liam and Brynne, things are steamy and a danger none of them are expecting. So much heart break experiences by the dragon shifters that you want things to work out for all of them. Loved this book. Brittany White has a great series with the Irish Dragon Shifters. Definitely recommend .
I am volunteering to leave a review for an ARC of this book.

Once again we are with those Irish dragons that escaped to Cedar Lake Texas when the witches destroyed there home and clan in Ireland. Liam is the lawyer of the family her has seen his two brothers find their mates and start to raise hatchlings and he wants the same. He decides to go down the surrogacy path but he knows that he will have to find a shifter as no human woman would survive bearing his child. He asks the vampires for help and they send him to a dragon shifter female that lives in Colorado Brynn's not only a dragon shifter but is from the same clan as Liam she escaped the destruction of the clan because she was found and raised by the vampires. Soon they negotiate a agreement for her to bear his child but as they spend more time together feelings start to grow but danger is circling their old enemy is closing in again Can they all survive this time You will have to read to see
Brynne survived the decimation of her dragon clan by evil witches at the age of ten when an elder hid her in a cave in Ireland. Later found by vampires, she was whisked away to New York where she grew up thinking she was the only surviving dragon shifter. Liam, a shifter who also survived the loss of his clan in Ireland along with his few friends, realized he wanted to be a father, but he didn’t want to mate with a human female. Liam wanted to find another of his kind, a surrogate if need be to accomplish that. In order to do that, he contacts the vampires in New York to ask if they know where he might be able to find a female dragon shifter to act as surrogate for him. They direct him to Brynne where the real story takes place. Well written and sensitive in it’s telling. Reuniting with the few members of the clan she thought had perished is heartwarming.
All Liam wants is a family just like his brothers but he doesn’t want a human female he wants a dragon shifter like himself but they are rare to find after the witches killed a lot of them now they are scattered around the world. But with the help of the vampires he is lead to a female that’s perfect in every way to be his surrogate mother to his child. Brynne has lived a sheltered life after the witches destroyed her family at age 10 but she was saved and the vampires raised her all the while not knowing that there where other dragon shifters still alive. Then they meet and she knows he is a dragon shifter and a very sexy one at that and with the offer to be his surrogate and to meet the others she agrees. This book was captivating and stands out from all others I’ve have read and with the witches causing trouble again it’s a must read.
Liam goes in search of a surrogate and encounters Brynne. Dragon shifter Liam Murphy envies the two friends he regards as brothers for their mates and children. When one makes a comment about a surrogate Liam takes it to heart and goes to visit the Vampires in New York to request them to find him a female dragon to act as surrogate for his child. They give him the name of a skiing instructor in Colorado. When she was ten years old Brynne Ryan survived the attack that killed her younger brother and parent plus the Clan they belonged to. She was found and raise by the Vampires until she was old enough to get a job and make her own way. When her next lesson turns out to be a dragon shifter she is shocked as she has not met one since she was ten.
I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This story was very good to have read. I liked how it ended with her giving birth to the newest member of the family. Plus with them being on their relaxing island, this fits. The earlier part of the story was a great build up to this part. This would be a excellent place to then continue the rest of the story. For another book! Great area where the story goes on. For such as bringing the baby back to the family home. Having Declan become closer to Finnegan. How he will grow up in connection with the family. How the parents lives change in with him and how as he grows up, what he does with his life, and what he does with school and his life. Possibly in connection with his mother and dad something else happens. I'll leave the rest of the story with you. Write if you want some more ideas. I'm full of them.
I loved Liam’s story!! Liam wants to take it into his own hands on becoming a father. He wants to go the surrogacy route but not with a human, it has to be a female dragon shifter. Brynne was raised by the vampires when her whole clan is decimated by the witches in Ireland. So she is surprised when Liam tracks her down in Colorado and he is from her old clan and has a proposition for her. Their relationship moves at a rapid pace but Liam tries to protect her and every plan he makes. When dangers from an old enemy arises will Liam and his brothers be able to protect Brynne? I can’t wait for Brennan’s story!!!
Liam is ready for a child, but not a human mate. Brynne has been alone for years thinking she is the last of her kind. When Liam asks for help from the vampires to find a shifter that he can speak to about a surrogacy, he finds Brynne. Liam and his brothers are from the same clan as Brynne and they all lost their parents in the same witch's attack. Things are working out so well until one of the sadistic witches finds Brynne alone and threatens her new family with death. I loved how easily Brynne fit in with the clan and how they remembered her 10 year old self. I loved this book!
We get a chance to follow Liam in this story! Who is Isleen? I love the name! Who is Brynne? Where dow e find her? What is she doing? Who is Nicolae? Why is Liam sent to Colorado? What happens when Liam gets there? When Liam returns home to Texas, he's pretty happy. Why? What is Brynne thinking about everything that has been discussed? How does the rest of the family feel about Liam's choices? Who is Niamh? When she shows up, what happens? You need to read this story to see what ultimately happens! I loved it!
RECEIVED THIS BOOK AS A GIFT FOR A FAIR/HONEST REVIEW and REVIEWER FOR Bloggin' With M. Brennan.
This is a cute story but could be a hundred times better and more interesting if the author included more details about everything. I really had to use my imagination to fill in quite a bit. The chemistry between the main characters was mild and intimate scenes lacked heat and imagination. Not that plain intimacy is boring but the way the scenes were written definitely were. Basically, the whole book was like this. I do still find the story line very interesting which is why it has so many stars. But I wouldn't recommend the book and I won't be reading the first two books that I skipped.
Liam and Brynne are dragon shifters from a clan in Ireland that had been decimated by a coven of evil witches 15 years ago. She had been 10 and found by a vampire and raised in New York by a group of vampires. He and his small group of friends had ended up in a small town about an hour West of Dallas and considered themselves brothers. Liam found himself wanting a child like two of his brothers had, but he didn't want a human woman, so he went to the vampires to see if they knew of any female shifters who might agree to be a surrogate. Brynne agreed, became pregnant, and then the witch came....
Liam wanted a baby but he didn’t want to get married so his brother suggested a surrogate. Liam decided he wanted a dragon shifter as a. surrogate and went to see the vampires to ask if they knew of any. They told him whereabouts to find her. Liam arranged a ski lesson from Brynne to get to spend time with her. When he asked if she would do it she ran away. Liam was hot on her heels. and then they really talked and she agreed. She had been told that she could not fly by the vampire’s who brought her up from the age of ten. So Liam found where they could fly and took her. This is a good book you will enjoy
another great book in this series that takes u to the magical world of dragon shifters living among humans. great story line with wonderful characters that are well described. gives a terrific look back into how life was in the dragon clan before the witches attacked while maintaining the development of a relationship between the surrogate and the babys father. well paced and emotional enough to keep u interested esp since this is the first mating with a female dragon shifter. highly recommend reading this book.
I received an arc copy of this book and this is my honest review.
I loved it, it was good story, looved the idea of another dragon in their clan and making it a even bigger clan. Is nice how they are multiplying and like so very much how all the action was not hidden from us the readers. Good book. Loved it🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 Now can i ask you for a favor??? Can you be more exact when it comes to describing your chapters please. More details, more specifics so I we can visually each and one??? Please? Like how tall, body shape, color of eyes, stuff like that helps make the books much more enjoyable. Thank you 😊 💓 ☺ 💗 💛 💖 😊 💓 ☺ 💗 💛 💖 🥰🥰🥰
And thus began my chaotic shifter surrogate romance era....
It evaded me that this was actually the third book in the series so I can't speak to any continuity or overall plot issues and my general confusion of the dynamics is entirely my fault for picking up a book from the middle of the series without reading the preceding ones.
With that said I actually quite enjoyed it? the story gave second chance romance vibes and I was very invested in the characters and dragon pack(?) dynamics. It served adventure, angst, drama, and romance!
I was delighted to finish this book, and the ending was great! I don’t often like birthing scenes, because of the fiasco I went through having my two children, and the miscarriage I had, trying to have a third.Birth is supposed to be a beautiful thing, both of mine were scary and upsetting. But this book, and some other things have helped make the memories better, and improved my attitude toward birth. Thank you for helping me again. Good job.
Fun but suspenseful at times, quick read. Liam wants to be a father. With no love interest or desire to date human women, how can he become a father? Can he find a female shifter? What plan can he come up with to realize his dream? Who can help him? The story, which is well written, unfolds Liam quest to become a father. Could he also find his mate in the process? Recommend. Received an ARC and this is my voluntary honest review.
This is has been a good series so far. I loved the first two books in the series, but I only liked this story. The story in itself is good. It's the plot that lacks. Seriously, the woman doesn't recognize her mate? He recognizes her immediately, but still goes through with his plan. Then they have sex, instead of invitro goes against every surrogate contract out there. My opinion is to throw out all the legal stuff, because our characters obviously do and have a lot of fun.
Even though this one story had my eyebrows raising at the start, is quickly works to resolve any misgivings our human minds can have from it. Well developed and a great way to add to the underlying story of the brothers. Different with the first female dragon partner. I only wish that the relationship with the vamps was discussed more towards the end. Great book over all, now to read Brennan’s story.
I enjoyed reading this book! I also loved the chemistry between Liam and Brynne! The more I read these books, the more I love little Declan! I did find an error tho, and it was when the women were talking about delivering babies and Claire stated she delivered two hatch kings when she only delivered one! Other than that, I really enjoyed this book! I definitely believe others will enjoy it also.
What a great story. Liam wants to find a female shifter because he wants to become a father. Unknown to the brothers, A female young dragon was found by a vampire after the witches had killed most in the clan. The vampire raised the female but never told her there were others. When Liam goes to the vampires, the vampires send Liam to the female dragon without letting her know. Things are rocky to begin with but a lot of hope ends up happening.
Liam wants a baby but hasn't found his mate yet, so he decides to hire a surrogate. Not just any surrogate but a shifter; he goes to the vampires who send him to Brynne in Colorado. How do you tell the woman that has agreed to have a baby for you that she's your mate and you don't want her to leave? I so enjoyed reading Liam and Brynne's story because it brought another layer to the mate bond and the destruction of their clan.
Liam decides on his 32nd birthday he wants a child ... with a female dragon shifter. He heads to the Vampires, who steer him to Brynne in Colorado. Shocked there's actually a female in the US, he immediately flies to meet her. She's gobsmacked when she sees him. They talk and she agrees to be his surrogate.
The ages of the children are off. Clara was still pregnant when Juliana has Isleen, but Savannah is older than Isleen in this book.
Lawyer Dragon’s Surrogate (Irish Dragon Shifter Brothers Book 3) by Brittany White. Dragon shifter Liam wants to find a female dragon surrogate to have his baby. Through the vampires he finds Brynne who was a part of his clan before the witches killed most of them. Brynne agrees to be his surrogate but they are mates but don’t know how to tell each other until the witches strike again.
Liam had it all, wealth, successful career, and a self made family. He and his three friends came to the Us when witches killed all their families when they were teenagers. Brynne was raised by vampires when her parents were killed in the same attack. He hires her as a surrogate, but will true love excel! I received this book as an ARC and am voluntarily reviewing it.
