My first Purdy cookbook and the one I learned lower-fat baking from, without any sacrifice in taste. This book isn't for those that want to eliminate or drastically cut out fat, not at all, just those that want to reduce it a bit and otherwise want to find great recipes that don't require a lot of fat. She does go a little heavy on the vanilla and short on some baking times. It's slowly becoming a little outdated, but still great.
