This was a quick read with instalove and a HEA. The chemistry between Josie and Forge was apparent and had a couple of steamy scenes. However, the story was confusing. I wasn’t always sure who was speaking, especially in cases of where there were more than 2 characters. Also, the story jumps from place to place so one minute Josie and Forge are speaking and then she leaves, but then he’s speaking with her somewhere else and then they’re together at the previous place (from her POV) and then she leaves - I know that sometimes the story repeats a bit with POVs, but this is more than that.

Two meet and keep meeting at various places like the gym. Mutual friends add information into the story and many surprises pop up while the two learn about one another. The characters a great and the banter keeps it light. Enough suspense here and there in this short story to keep it exciting. It was a little confusing in a few places, but it all went very well. Now on to the rest of the series as this was a cool group of people.

Book 2 in the series and follows Josie and Forge. Hes and ex con and a fighter and shes a curvaceous woman looking for love could there insta attraction be lasting? A steamy hot curvy girl, Alpha MMA fighter romance. with insta loving romance and hot scenes! well written with good dialogue and engaging characters.

I read the story and am still confused. The story is about an MMA Alpha named Forge. I get that he's an Alpha but the only MMA is at a gym teaching classes. He meets Josie and falls for her right away but the story jumps around so much that it's hard to figure out what's going on. I really wanted to like it but ......... Josie was just trying on jewelry when she tried to stop a young girl from stealing and ended up being hauled in as an accomplice. Forge was Rachel’s Godfather so she called him to get her out of trouble but when he saw Josie he knew that she was the one woman for him. This fast and fun romance had Forge pulling out all the stops to win Josie and have her believe in herself and him. Fun read

I hate leaving a bad review

This was just a chaotic mess. I didn't understand 80% of what was going on. Sometimes I just want to read a quick, slutty story. I saw this was a short book so I gave it a go. I feel bad leaving 1 star but I can't just give reviews to the good ones. I'm sorry.

I could not finish this book it was all over the place and in much need of an editor.

I could not tell who was talking.
there was no flow to this book.
at one point I could not work out what was happening and then worked out she was on the phone.

The characters are good and their chemistry is there. It took me a bit to get into the story. It is a quick read. This is the second book in this series. This is a new author for me and I will try another book.
