I try to push thoughts of Carissa out of my mind, but it has been impossible. I don’t know what Kayla was thinking springing her on me like that. She and Emily had apologized, and I let it go, but seeing her again like that, it has thrown me for a loop.

Carissa has returned home after she walked away from the man she loved five years ago. She had started dating Jordan Peterson when she was in college and he was all she saw so when she was offered the opportunity of a lifetime to work and learn from some of the best designers in the business she decided to take the chance, but she didn’t realise at the time what she had walked away from and her heart has never recovered. So when she is again offered the chance of a lifetime this time working for Petersen INC and the new clubs and restaurants that they were due to open in the next six months. She had wanted to return home for a while now but the question is can she work alongside the man she loves knowing she destroyed their future and will he ever give her another chance?
Jordan Peterson hadn’t ever really expected to see Carissa again after she walked away from him an what they had five years ago, he had kept tabs on her career and she was well known and respected in her industry, it was after she walked away from him that the Billionaire Bachelors Club with his best friends Peter and Logan, but they had found love and were settling down. The fact that Carissa was back didn’t mean he was ready to fall in love but he knew his feelings for her would always run deep, and the more time he spent in her company the more he realised his feelings for her had never changed but can he trust her to stay with him this time or will she break his heart again?
This was a second chance at love for these two, their past and reconnection was well written and you could understand where both if the characters were coming from. Safe recommended read. 4.2*

First things first; I like the cover of this book!
Jordan is book three in the ‘’billionaire bachelors club’’ series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Jordan knew Carissa was the love of his life until she left town. Five years later and Carissa is back and working at Jordan’s family company. Will Jordan and Carissa get a second chance at love?
The chemistry between Jordan and Carissa is clear to see and I liked them together.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read.

This was a really great story. This story is basically about trust. If you love someone then you have to trust and not jump to conclusions. Carissa left Jordan 5 years ago to pursue her career. When she comes back to the states Jordan gives her the death glare. His father just hired her part time to help finish the decorations on the clubs and restaurant they are designing. There are some rocky parts and some grovaling but in the end they get their HEA. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This is a well written second chance romance with strong characters and an entertaining story line. The author does a great job moving the story quickly and smoothly and delivers an enjoyable short story.

A good second chance book three in the Billionaire Bachelor’s Club series! Beautifully written, well-developed, funny, witty, and emotionally deep. Amazing characters you will love and root for; the chemistry between them is off the charts. Quite an enjoyable read!

Another great book
