This series was totally awesome, and this final book just totally wrapped it up sooo well.
This brought to a head just some parts of the many twists and turns I've been following within the whole of the ZOO series', and it was even more wonderful, as we had the Heavy Metal Team involved with McFadden's Mechs, in an awesome it of team work.
What I really loved about it, though, was that it leads on to, in the next ZOO series: McFadden and Banks!
This is something to really look forwards to, especially as this final book of the series was written so well, that it will segue perfectly into book one of the new series: An Assassin's Accord.
Trouble is, though, that I can't move straight on to that, as another book in my OTHER favourite series: Delta Underground Operatives, has just been released, and I just CAN'T wait any more to read it!!!
So, I'm going straight on to read: Revenant's Brigade: Mac and Dink, which is Book One of Jenn Mitchell's new contribution to the DUO Series/Universe!
So, I'll catch you on the flip side of this new adventure, to let you know what I think of it!
. . . and, THEN I'll go back to my ZOO addiction! Lol
I started with Birth of Heavy Metal 🎸 and then read the Cryptid Assassin series beginning with Hired Killer before I found the suggested reading order.
While I thoroughly enjoyed both series I wondered if it would've been better if I had been reading in order! So now I have to catch up!
Loved how this series shook out everyone or atleast everyone connected to Taylor came out on top one way or another super rich (this is not a spoiler alert since everyone that knows Taylor knows he’s going to win well except those who didn’t) and Niki who didn’t want their relationship to seem transactional (crazy right) but a certain AI may have worked around that anyway all that money has a way of changing people this time however changed things for the best
Ah the world has been shaken, and a frightening start has been begun. Taylor has finally recognized that a long term relationship might just be what he needs, after he gets his revenge on the mobsters that tried to intimidate his people. A great read for us and much pain to them.
I enjoyed reading the last book in the Cryptid Assassin series. It was a good, entertaining series with interesting characters. I and am sad to see it end. Though since Taylor and Niki will be starting their own adventures I think I can deal with it. Off to see where their story goes.
This had a ton of great action. I like they are adding in more action for the side characters in this book. I also like how it keeps ties back to the zoo and heavy metal. I definitely recommend this book and series and look forward to the next.
As usual with this author , a great read. Lots of action and some surprises and old friends thrown into the mix. I really enjoyed this book and can't wait for the new one promised in the authors notes at the end.
I greatly enjoyed these books. Taylor is broken, but his broken parts are what make him so good. Nikki, well her broken edges line of nicely with Taylor, and the two of them make an amazing team. I will eagerly await the new series.
Oh my word Taylor is fantastic in this latest instalment. Loads of humour as expected! Tension increases with both parts of the story and a nice twist at the end, oh and the situation between Taylor and Banks ................ read it and see
I love these books and just about anything written by Michael Anderle. The authors thought processes in writing his books are great. The stories are funny, scary and a blast to read. ENJOY!
Loved these books and the whole zoo universe. Great characters with realistic situations and lots of action and adventure. I look forward to more from these characters. Great work and keep them coming.
Love the Las Vegas fight and a good team up from the disparate elements from previous stories gives a brilliant conclusion to this series arc giving that satisfying job well done glow.
Taylor has a girlfriend! Taylor is also going to fight two guys in a cage match that disrespected his people. Read to see what other crazy things happens!
A great wrap for one story arc and the beginning of another. Far more action than the average book in the series. Taylor may be a monster, but he's our monster and Niki's.
