“Sensual Tentacles (Tantalizing Tentacles Series Book 1)” features adventurous treasure hunter Kione Ali as MC, and her insta-lust and insta-love interest Kez, a tentacle creature trapped in a sea cave with Blackbeard’s sword, pistol and other pirate goodies.
Narrator Nikki Monroe does a terrific job with the material, but honestly except for lots of tentacle spankings, tying up and sex….there’s not much to the story. It’s like listening to a woman talking to herself while using dildos for an hour. It’d make a better movie than an audiobook ;)
Kione is a natural submissive, but she’s not much of an explosives expert! She pretty much would have killed herself blowing the cave opening larger if not for Kez!
2* for the story, 5* for the narration; I’m going with 3* - meh for this one.

Let me start by saying that if you don’t think you can find the fun in an erotic fantasy involving a tentacled creature pleasuring a beautiful treasure hunter, then turn around now. This is tentacle country baby! In this erotic adventure, we meet Kione, a treasure hunter traveling the seas in search of Blackbeard’s treasure. During her search, she meets a telepathic tentacled creature named Kez trapped in a partially submerged cave. This is where things get HOT. Kione is a kink-loving free spirit and the mysterious Kez is more than willing to help scratch all her kinky itches. I really enjoyed the mutual admiration and trust found in this story. Their connection truly jumped off the pages. I guess I’m just a sucker for a good erotic romance, with or without tentacles.

A very well written and wonderfully descriptive tale of falling for the naughty and playful Kez, who just happens to know exactly how to use all of his tentacles.

I felt like the book was trying too hard to be sexy and that came close to making me not wanna finish the book. Though after I got through the book I have to say it's not a bad read I like the relationship between the two and how playfully they are with each other.

PWP? The writing for this story was so over the top it was actually kind of funny. At first, the physical descriptions reminded me of badly written female characters by male authors, but as I continued reading, I was reminded of male oriented H(entai). In this story, the MC is a pseudo-Indiana Jones type with zero brains; one would presume she should've died on any expedition before this simply from lack of intelligence.
Right from the start, the MC dives into an underwater cave system while the tide is IN and blocking the entrance without diving equipment (presumably because it's heavy and so not sexy) and comes out in a cavern lit by bioluminescence. Umm... oxygen? Fortunately, despite being closed in under water, there's lots of breathable oxygen. Annnd... pretty basic tentacle sex ensues. Despite plenty of potential for shenanigans, things never really went beyond what I would consider basic (tentacle) stuff. (The more I think of it, the story in general really does remind me more of male oriented stories / sex scenes (from what I've seen in Japanese writing). That's not to say such scenes don't exist in female oriented stuff, but it's much less common on that side.) The one thing I will give this story though is the means of communication between the two characters. Overall though, this story was not particularly interesting or exciting.

This book had a Decent plot to it. If you are just getting into.the tentacle world it may be a giod starter book. It was Okay in my opinion, but I'm sure I am just a little too Picky at times. The intimate parts weren't bad. There were some grammatical errors where the work used wasn't the word that should of been used; However it was obvious what the word should of been. For me I wish there was more going on with the story even if it made it longer. I personally don't think I'll read it again. I did finish it, and It wasn't bad. It just wasn't for me at this time.

This was very much all smut, little plot, but it was a fun, short read that didn't cost me a penny, so no complaints here
If you enjoy a sexy tentacle session, where the creature needs to be inserted deeply in order to communicate, you'll probably enjoy this 😁
