I found this pocket-sized book to be a great resource for anyone who struggles with public speaking. Well-researched and practical, it describes both the causes and symptoms of speaking performance anxiety, and more importantly, what can be done about it.

Readable, accessible, easy-to-implement.

Good collection of 'lessons' on public speaking competence, persuasion, and emotional control. A compelling combo of academic style and pure positive psychology. Recommended to anyone who wants to get rid of insecurity, stage fright, or excessive self-consciousness.

Great. Lots of good advice on presenting. As I read this I noticed that every good speech I have heard sounds like the ones described in here.
